Clip On-sunglasses Omdömen 

Amazing customer service. Had a problem with yodel, still hasn't arrived from yodel after well over a week. However they were very accommodating checking what's happening with them and when we'd given up they resent it with royal mail and it arrived next day! Moral of the story, don't use yodel.

The Clip on sunglasses arrived today, they fit perfectly on the prescription glasses, they are good quality and were packaged well. I would have given 5 stars if the package had postal tracking as I was beginning to wonder if I'd made a mistake ordering from them especially having read previous reviews. I would buy from the again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service received from start to finish, I wasn't sure which clips on glasses would be suitable so Jen sent links to me, I changed my mind about the colour of the ones I ordered and an exchange was made quickly.
I am happy with the glasses, I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.

I was after a pair of clip on and flip up sunglasses but was unsure which type would be most suitable to fit on my spectacles. I contacted Jen and she requested l send her photo of my spectacles. Jen immediately replied back with a choice of sunglasses which would fit my spectacles. After making my choice l phoned Jen and she took my order and payment. From placing the order l received my sunglasses with 2 days.
I must say that l am very pleased with the sunglasses and the excellent and personal service provided to me by Clip-on-Sunglasses.

EDIT, 6/07/24: I have proof of polite, unanswered email I sent, enquiring about tracking when I hadn’t received. Company must have overlooked it… Weeks later - after this review- I sent a snotty email In exasperation. This was answered and I did finally get the order. They look up to standard, but it’s now midsummer so I haven’t tried out any night driving. It may have changed on website now, but at the time it did advertise free p&p, but added it at checkout

I bought from this company a few years ago and was happy. This May I bought a pair of night driving clip ons to try. Had a very nice response to an email query. I bought the specs. Nothing since the confirmation email. No tracking details, no specs, no response to my emails. Lucky I didn’t put in the bigger order I had planned. They say they’ve changed hands. They obviously have - and this lot don’t seem very trustworthy!
Oh, and despite claiming free P&P, they’ll charge you for that too.
AVOID!

Ordered 4 lots of 12 box’s of glasses wipes on sale they had 132 in stock. 2 emails received order and processed order. No delivery so emailed no reply. Emailed stating I’ll need to contact CC provider so they replied stating they had no stock so refunded me last week. No refund and still showing 132 in stock.

I bought the Montana small luxury clip-on sunglasses. Now it’s been sunny for a few days, I have had a chance to use them properly.
I mainly use them for driving and wear them over specs for distance vision.
Can’t rate these highly enough. They are light-weight and easy to attach to specs. The view through them is very clear. They work well when moving from light to shade (something I have always struggled with when using sunglasses).

I ordered these clip-ons last Wednesday night. I immediately got confirmation of the order, even though it was late. I contacted them by email on Friday to ask if I could get a notification when they were dispatched. Within 5 minutes I had a reply saying they'd already been sent, and I should have them on Monday. It's Monday, I have them, and they're fantastic. Really useful clip, easy to attach, and work beautifully. I chose the grey ones, and they're great.

Top marks for the product, and double-plus top marks for excellent communication!

After breaking my prescription sunglasses I needed some clip ons quickly as I was going away. I ordered a pair in the sale which looked suitable. They arrived quickly, good communication from the company, but they are smaller than advertised- overall width135mm not the stated 140mm, so in spite of my careful measuring, they don't quite cover my frames. In addition, they are flip up, which is not mentioned in the description. This means they are a faff to attach, which I didn't want as I have dexterity problems. No time to return them- at least they were in the sale. They do look robust.

I've been so pleased with my previous purchases from this company that I've invested in a pair of Select Night Driving Clip on Sunglasses. I found them to be excellent and reduced the glare and made such a difference - very restful on the eyes driving at night. Prompt dispatch. Comes in a fabric cover. Very pleased.

Bought another set of clip on's from this company for night driving, really good product reduces the headlight glare from on coming vehicles, the fact there clips on's is even better, just leave them in the car and fit them onto my normal glasses when it stars to get dark, great benefit on busy single carriageways.

Was slightly hesitant after reading negative reviews but encountered no problems with my order. Arrived promptly and as expected. Thank you. 🙂

I cannot promote this company enough. I searched for clip on sunglasses that would flip up when attached to normal glasses and found this company. They were a reasonable price so I ordered them. After I placed the order I found a discount code, I contacted the company via email. I had an immediate response and this was on a Sunday afternoon! Customer service guaranteed that I would be refunded the discount code. Amazing service, as promised I received the refund and i received the clip on sunglasses within a couple of days, they were perfect. All of this was given with polite and happy customer service.

Great company great product, this is my 3rd purchase from clip-on. (Hayfever range this time) always available to answer any of my questions (and there are many) and advise on the best clip on for the occasion. Purchased in June but I was advised the company was relocating so there was a delay in sending the package out. A simple email and some clarification and the package arrived in no time, as described along with a nice glass cleaner for the inconvenience. Having read some of the negative reviews I can only assume it's from some of the more expensive a less quality competitors. So for those reading this review, the company exists, the email works and the phone number rings.

Monday 10/07/23 tried to ring the mobile number shown on their to website to confirm they received my email for change of lens colour.
The mobile number is unobtainable?
Monday 10/07/23 received email stating that my order had now been fully processed?
I took that to mean the Sunglasses had been posted although did not actually state this and/or by which delivery company.
Wednesday 12/07/23 my Sunglasses arrived by 2nd class Royal Mail and were the change of colour to the lens I requested.
Glasses fitted perfectly over my Varifocal glasses, very light , flip up working as it should
All parts plastic
Overall I have no complaints about the product it is as advertised and as shown the service was satisfactory and fully fulfilled with quick delivery albeit that was via Royal Mail 2nd class post which at times deliveries are late.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in April and they didn’t arrive so I contacted the company who said they would despatch another pair that day. Nothing happened, got in contact again and they hadn’t yet despatched them. I’ve had nothing and have emailed several times asking for a refund, but there are no replies to my emails

What a shame your reply is over a year after my review!!!!

So..too late, I read the reviews for this company. Having concluded they were a scam (money taken/no sunglasses), the sunglasses arrived (14 days after ordering). I had no confirmation email and no order number to give to the company to check up. When I emailed, I got an extremely rude response. The sunglasses that did arrive are tiny, nothing like the image and nothing like the shape of most kids glasses. Not a scam but definitely avoid
