I was deeply saddened by your silence when I contacted you and explained that I suspected the Oato Fresh brand, which you follow on Instagram, was using my marketing suggestions without permission. Of course, you are not obligated to help, but you should first adhere to the ethical principles you preach. I urge the British public to refrain from using products from both this brand and the Oato Fresh brand.

I've ordered some of their gluten-free products (brown-rice breadcrumbs, maize-based cous cous) and have been very happy with them.

Authentic, good quality, Japanese ingredients that can be difficult to source otherwise.

They have a good customer service which makes life so much easier and they generally know how their more fragile products need to be packaged so as to not arrive damaged which is just what you want as a customer. Their prune puree is such a good find, tastes lovely and is not too sweet on the teeth. I have tried ordering this product from other online retailers in the past but things have generally arrived quite damaged so I am please to order direct from the manufacturer.
You used to even get a personal note from your packer which was a nice touch. They sometimes have a special savings offer on which I also like to take advantage of. I just hope this product continues to be available. It is so nice to be able to say something positive about a company for a change.

My husband has severe dysphagia and has reached the stage where all solids have to be pureéd. Swallowing pills has been a major hurdle as yoghurt is no longer much help as it is too 'claggy'. Coming across Clearspring's fruit pureés has been a life saver: perfect consistency, unsweetened, imaginative flavour combinations (apple, mango and coconut has been a summer hit) and all delicious. I mix mine with yoghurt. Highly recommended

On seeing the Vegan logo on Clearspring Japanese Mellow White Miso soup, I purchased this soup, however back home when I looked at the ingredients - I noticed that the product was not compliant
with the logo. Unfortunately, I have had to report this to the relevant food standards authorities.

Their Demeter baked beans are the best and I am seriously hooked on them.
We had a little glitch with my latest order and Clearspring sorted it out efficiently and pleasantly. They refunded the delivery charge without me asking. I have now got my baked beans.
The Tamari Soy Sauce is good too.

I knew Clearspring products were excellent as I already use their miso, noodles and soy sauces, so when I decided to cut down on my coffee consumption, I decided to try a sample of ten different tea bags. Their matcha sencha is simply the best and the hojicha is going to be a perfect winter warmer after long walks on the hills.

The order arrived within a couple of days and I was delighted to discover a free silken tofu in the box. Now I've not been a big fan of tofu, but as Clearspring have lured me away from too much coffee to some delicious teas, I suspect that when I try the silken tofu I'll be converted to tofu as well.

I’ve shopped with Clearspring online many times now and it’s always a fantastic experience. Not only are their products of the highest quality but their packaging for delivery is really outstanding. Everything is packed with such great attention and care so as to arrive safely in perfect condition. All packaging is eco friendly including the tape they use. I just placed a large order with everything in glass jars and not a single one broken as always.

Dispatch time is very good and delivery made by proper professional couriers DHL. Free delivery over a certain spend so I always make the most of that to stock up. Plus they have a reward scheme so you can build your points for a discount voucher.

I really can’t praise them enough and a new product I tried for the first time today, Apple Balsamic Vinegar, is just superb, so delicious. Among other favourites is their Tamari sauce, nothing compares to it and I would never buy another brand.

A long review but ultimately just want to say thank you Clearspring, it’s always a joy to shop with you.

Since my trip in Japan I yearned to find good quality products that offer the same health benefits that native Japanese people have. Clearspring brings Japan to the rest of the world.

I have been buying products for over 5 years and will continue buying. I recently discovered more tea flavours that will hopefully provide more health benefits.

My First order and I had a great experience with them. I received order confirmation not only by Email but also by Text which was a nice touch. Excellent products and great delivery service with nice recycled packaging and a personal touch. The reason I've deducted a Star is that after I bought their Organic Fruit Purée for £1.79 I found out that the same item is sold at Waitrose for £1.29, that is 50 pence cheaper in Waitrose than their own site.
Although understandably Waitrose buys wholesale and gets wholesale prices, but still 50 pence an item is a great difference, specially if you decide to buy it regularly from them. As a matter of transparency they should at least inform their customers that they can buy this particular item of theirs from Waitrose cheaper or bring their prices close to the price it is selling at other stores.
I mean how would they feel if this happen to them? Saying this, I would still buy their other products as they are a Trustworthy company.

Excellent products and great delivery service with nice recycled packaging and a personal touch. The Japanese food they sell is very high quality, organic and authentic - highly recommended if expensive but you tend to get what you pay for with food. I love their mirin, soya sauce and green tea and their nori is top notch. Apart from the price, the only downside is the over use of unrecyclable plastic packaging for some of the goods - it seems especially noticeable on some of the snacks that weigh only a few grams yet sit in plastic tray inside a plastic bag. Perhaps this is something that Clearspring need to address in the longer term?

Excellent products delivered on time in a neatly packed box. Rarely does customer experience go as smoothly as this.

Putting aside the quality of their products (which is awesome), I was actually blown away by how quick and easy it is to order from you. Can I just give additional shout out to the carefully packaged and 100% environmentally friendly packaging? Everything is fully recyclable down to the tape around the box. Very well done and keep up the good work. Can't wait to order more!
