I joined yesterday and even took a screenshot of winning 329$ because I was excited, woke up today I can't even log into the site. Says I'm banned. I waited most the day before posting this in case they'd e-mail with an explanation, but they haven't. Overall disappointed.

Its a scam, do not trust these people with your money. last night around midnight, their site crashed, when i went back a little later to see if it was working, and i had been banned for no reason. Their AI support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I had a $200 redemption pending that im certain i wont get.

requested a withdraw and it gave me the option to withdraw via debit card. I gave them my debit card info and now they say debit card withdraw is no longer available. But give me no way to change it. Alex the customer support agent just said have a good day! And left me without a way to change my withdraw method. I feel I’m going to be scammed like everyone else that got banned once they tried to withdraw. BEWARE

I opened an account on 5.28. Purchased $60 in packs. Played a SpinPals original game. Submitted a redeem, and was banned the following day. Simple as that, and support will not do the bare minimum of refunding my purchases. This site and SpinPals will scam you whenever they please. Beware.

I woke up this morning to see that my account was banned. No reason given, just a message when I try signing in.

i will be filing a chargeback, and strongly suggest avoiding this site if you want any chance of cashing out.

Stay very far away from this site. Went to put in my first redeem and was immediately banned. Support is taking longer than an hour to respond in chat. Avoid at all costs. If this is a misunderstanding and they either A) agree to process my redemption or B) refund my purchases then I am happy to remove but I am incredibly disappointed all around and do not take financial abuse lightly.

They banned me without warning after I made $800 worth of profit. Stay as far away as possible!!

Bought the welcome package for $10 on 05/28/26 and hit the games, got really lucky on a crash game and ended up riding it up to about 600 SC. Went to bed and planned to redeem in the morning.

Wake up on 05-29-26 and try to log in to see that I am banned and to "contact admin" with no way to contact admin since I can't log in. This is a terrible site to play on if you want to have any chance at cashing out a win.

No explanation, no warning, just straight to banning and stealing my $10 (thank God it was only $10). Rug pull waiting to happen so I can strongly advise not playing on this site.
