I signed up for Clash5 when my friend recommended a new game they had that was paying out well, figured I'd give them a try and made a couple purchases to get my balance up. My gameplay went well and I requested a prize redemption.

The next morning my account was banned (unable to log in), my prize redemption never came through, and support says they will not offer any refunds. I was not provided with an explanation or warning of any kind.

I wouldn't trust them with any purchases and will discourage others from using them. It is also worth noting that they threatened legal action when I mentioned disputing the charges with my bank.
