Spin Pals is truly a diamond in the rough. Amongst its peers, it examples what an online casino should truly be. With many other social casinos I have one money under promotional plays and have been told that I could only redeem a set amount of that money that I've won because it was one with free SC or promotional free spins. Just off of daily bonus I made it up to over 3,500 SC. Every bit of which could be redeemed. Awesome platform, amazing support, great amount of games and the RTP is actually very decent on all their games! Redemption was overall fast was approved within hours but I happened to redeem on a weekend and a holiday weekend at that so my bank didnt deposit it until Tuesday. If it wasn't for that I would of gotten it within a few hours...would recommend this gaming platform to everyone!! 10/10 for me!

This site has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced!! Not only have they repeatedly been rude and uncaring of any issues but I have literally made purchases that have not been credited to my account. Even with proof they still say the same generic responses. Completely pathetic in my opinion. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE DEALING WITH THEM.
