Visited Worthing store today to return ill-fitting shoes. No fuss refund given as I had only tried out shoes indoors. Anna suggested I looked at different style of shoe to meet needs and the replacement shoes fit so well that I was happy to buy. First class service from Anna and colleagues, focussing on customer's needs. Thank you.

Great experience buying my niece’s first shoes in Clarks Worthing today. We were served by Steph who was friendly, calm and patient. Thank you!

The sales assistant was really helpful, knew what she was doing . I was able to purchase the shoes I wanted, quickly and fuss free.

Had to change some shoes which I bought 6 months ago I was served by Clare she was excellent so helpful and understanding I left the store feeling that I will always go back if i wanted new shoes. Worthing Branch in Montague Street.

I have had a bunion operation and have wide feet but narrow ankles. Anna in the Worthing branch, listened to my problems with buying smart shoes and suggested I tried the children's department. I never knew they did wide fittings up to size 8. I tried on a couple of shoes and one was perfect. Without her advice and suggestions I would never have tried a child's footwear range.

Anna was really helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Love my new loafers and will definitely be back for more shoes.

Went to collect. Staff member very helpful and polite.

Welcomed nicely and asked what we needed help with. Measured feet but tried to get us to get a smaller size

I returned a pair of child’s shoes unworn but not fitting right Julia was so helpful she re measured little ones feet again found us a pair the fitted right and was very thorough in checking they were right very pleasant lady very good with my great granddaughter lovely assistant would ask for her to serve me again

Great customer service from Tom at the Worthing store. He measured my child's feet, chatted to him and made it all easy. Very few pairs left, but that's because I've left it so late - again - but he was very helpful.

I booked a quiet fitting for my young son who has Autism. We were initially concerned when we saw a large queue of parents & children outside. However as we went in Steph greeted us & told us she would see us ASAP. That was reassuring. So we waited downstairs near the till. Although Steph was busy greeting parents, issuing tickets & directing parents upstairs, she still saw us very quickly. She then cleared a space (downstairs at the back) for us and ensured it was noise free. There was another family near us however they were calmly sitting down & quiet. Steph was extremely calm, organised, efficient, helpful, kind & patient when dealing with my son. We didn’t feel rushed. I purchased ‘football’ design shoes (his choice) for him. Very stylish! Steph definitely represents the Clarks brand in every possible way. Thank you very much Steph.

Popped in to Clarks today to pick up two pairs of schools shoes. Despite the staff clearly being busy. Steph went above and beyond to get me sorted.

A potential hectic Saturday shop made easier by the swift and polite service.

I took my two children to buy school shoes today and I was dreading it, as they're very awkward when it comes to shoe shopping.
We were there for over an hour and I've never seen someone so patient and as wonderful with my children, as Becky was. Thank you for being so patient. Best experience I've had at Clarks.

Thank you Yulia for helping my daughter and I find the right school shoes. You listened to both of us, gave us lots of options, and helped steer us in the right direction. Even though it was busy, you were thorough and didn't make us feel like we needed to rush.

My daughter is non verbal and autistic, she struggles in most situations and often has a tough time with new experiances. Unsurprisingly, getting her feet measured ended in some quite big emotions. Becky our sales assitant was so calm and so patient even when faced with waving limbs. I can't thank her enough for her help. She was so lovely to me and my daughter, as were all the staff in there.

We went to the Worthing store and were served by Julia. We wanted to have our 1 year olds feet measured and get first shoes as she has just started walking. Measure and fit check were very thorough and we got some shoes but just felt very very rushed, the service was very awkward and she seemed panicked when our child moaned a bit about having the shoes put on her feet.
