Visited Carmarthen Clark’s for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff were lovely and managed to fit us in really quick as they had a few fittings. Ella was very helpful in helping us to get the right first shoe for my daughter who’s just started walking.

We visited the Aylesbury store, and were served by Joseph. Joseph did an absolutely brilliant job, particularly in helping to keep our daughter with additional needs calm in a busy environment. He was patient and kind, and turned what could easily have been a stressful experience into one that was fun for the children. Thank you, Joseph!

Visited Clarks Teford Town centre todaylast and the young lady who served us - Paris- was absolutely amazing! Her patience and product knowledge was amazing. It's so rare to experince such customer service and a wonder to experience. Service like this these days is rare. I'm not easily impressed, as I believe that good service is a must.

However, I was very impressed by Paris. She helped our son come to a decision after trying a number of shoes, without being flustered or showing any impatience with our son's indecisiveness.
It was a pleasure visiting the store.
We will return to the shop to buy our other son's shoes. Hopefully we will be served by Paris again.

Visited store at selly oak Birmingham, Rashid who help us was extremely helpful and positive made our experience easy and smooth.

Terrible customer service. I paid for next day delivery and could see on the day that it was meant to come that my order had not been sent out the day before for the next day delivery. I messaged customer service and they said they couldn’t confirm if it would come or not that day. I told them that I didn’t want the order anymore and they wouldn’t cancel it even though it hadn’t left the warehouse yet. Now I need to send back the shoes that I no longer need because they didn’t come next day as I paid for and they want me to pay to return them. Awful customer service. I will not be buying from Clarks online again.

We Had Ella help my son pick his new school shoes today and she was absolutely brilliant 🤩. The lady downstairs who we booked in with made us feel like we were on a military mission (if she wore cammo it could be so much fun ). Genuinely a great experience.

Khadeeja and Fran were both incredibly helpful and friendly this evening. They took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure I was choosing the right pair of shoes for me, and they gave me really useful advice on how to look after my new suede trainers. Their knowledge, patience and great customer service made the whole experience really enjoyable. Thank you both!

Bullring Clarks- Sairah was so helpful! My child was running around the store, but Sairah was so patient with me. She supported me with my shoe size, and recommendations on appropriate shoes that I needed! Very outstanding experience due to customer service from Sairah and I would definitely come again.

We have been looked after spectacularly by Tom at the Plymouth branch of Clarks’, we just can’t thank him enough. My daughter has very unique and stubborn feet, suffers from anxiety and has always struggled getting school shoes to fit properly. Clarks’ has been the only store to provide my daughter with shoes with the comfort and support she needs throughout the school year. Tom went above and beyond to help us, to accommodate her needs and find her that pair of ‘shiny’ shoes she dreamed of. We cannot thank him enough for his care, efforts, patience and resilience throughout the 2 visits this summer in preparation for September. Tom has exceptional knowledge and is a complete star, we will totally recommend his services to anyone.

I went to the Grafton shop to look for some work boots. Webber was really lovely, patient and professional; she recommended several options to me. Thank you so much; she's a genia✨️!

Staff (Nina) was very helpful and friendly. Spent time to help us find the right shoe.

We visited the Clarks’ West Bromwich store to buy school shoes for both of our girls. Dinesh was superb. He took his time to explain the shoe fittings and reassured us when we were unsure about the best shoe sizes. Subsequently we bought 3 pairs of shoes.

We were served by Debbie who was so nice and really helpful (everyone there is to be fair). I don't think they do the old shoe recycling anymore which is a shame but otherwise you can't go wrong choosing Reading Clarks

Sam G at Middlebrook was absolutely brilliant with my autistic daughter. He was incredibly patient, kind and understanding, and made her feel comfortable and welcome. Staff like Sam really do make a difference. You need more people like him! Thank you, Sam.

Great support from Webber in Grafton Street. She help us with all the sizes and help us check if what we wanted was available in another shop. She also spoke Spanish which was a big plus as my mom didnt speak in English

Loui is amazing. My son is very sensitive and he was so patient and thoughtful. His customer service is outstanding, a real credit to the Telford store.

Hemi served us today at the Westfield store. She was brilliant with my fussy teenager when trying school shoes. She helped us with fitting and knew exactly what style my daughter was after. We came out with a lovely pair of shoes. Hemi made the normally painful school shoe buying process smooth and simple - thank you!
