She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect fit, making our first ever Clarks purchase feel special rather than just a transaction. The kind of service that's rare these days. Jenny is a real credit to the store and deserves serious recognition. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Belfast!

The staff were very helpful in guiding me for sizes and styles for what I wanted.
Things got busier while I was there so there were some delays and confusion in who was asisting me, but everyone was lovely.

Buying school shoes for a teenager is never that much fun, but Angela at the city centre branch of Clarks in Belfast was very relatable. She spoke well with our teenager and helped greatly in picking a good style of shoes that everyone was happy with. Thank you very much

This is the second time I've went to store with my little girl, the staff are so helpful and friendly and made the experience really lovely, Jenny always takes the time to go through what baby shoes are available and if there is something not available she sorced them online for me. I have visited the Belfast city centre shop a few times before and left unimpressed. However yesterday I was very impressed with Angela who spotted me aimlessly looking and focused all her attention on my requirements. I was sold a pair of shoes - I didn’t passively buy. She did a good job for me and Clarks. I am happy that she upsold - I also bought shoe protection spray. She should be a highly valued staff member.
