Angela was so welcoming even though she was assisting another customer. She was friendly and reassuring, talking me through the returns process, she was knowledgeable about the products and made a usually stressful experience pleasant.

Paul was very good and patient while measuring my 18m grandsons feet and his customer service was excellent

I was in the Belfast store with my son to get shoes as recommended by an orthopedic consultant. Jenny measured his feet and talked him through the options he had. Nothing was too much trouble and she was back and forward a few times getting the correct sizes in various shoes. When he had made his discision she realised they didn't have the correct size in one pair. At this stage her manager Angela was passing and phoned the Abbeycentre branch to see if they would have them. She got them left over and asked if they could refund the shoes we had bought and sell them both together to make sure we got the discount. We went to Abbeycentre and spoke to Grainne and Cara who fulfilled the request Angela had made. I was delighted with the service and ended up buying another pair of trainers for myself. I am a retail manager and to say I was impressed with the service in both stores by the staff is an understatement.

Was in the Belfast shop two days ago and was very impressed with the attention and quality of service I received from Angela.

Angela was fantastic today. She helped me with my daughters pre walkers that I had bought and didn’t think they were suitable. She was so informative & fingers crossed the new shoes will be better.

Went for our babies first shoes and Angela who helped us was brilliant! Made sure our baby seemed comfortable in the shoes and checked that they fit perfectly.

Stopped in while visiting from overseas for an emergency pair of shoes.

Was in the Donegal Place, Belfast shop, was greeted straight away by Angela. Told her the specific boot I was looking for, she was able to get me my size, a perfect fit. All through the service, Angela had a warm, friendly nature, nice and chatty and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

The boots and the shoes are a five star experience. Online experience I give full marks also. Same for in-store experience.

Had the most pleasant experience today in Clarks (belfast city centre) A young man named Rhys served us. He was very pleasant and professional! Would definitely recommend Clarks for school shoes!

We needed proper black school shoes and my daughter was very frustrated that she would need structured shoes and not gym shoes this year. Add to that, a new school in a new country and let’s just say emotions were brewing. Tears followed while trying on shoes and Steve at Clarks in downtown Belfast was top tier in this moment. He didn’t rush her and talked to her about when he was new to N. Ireland and how brave she was. Moments later, they were trying other sizes and adding inserts. He saved the day and it was the kindness and customer service that we needed in that exact moment. Steve, you are a gem and can’t thank you enough.

The staff were amazing , first when we went in the lady got some to come over straight away.the staff member steve was fantastic help my daughter with her shoes the first time ever first shoes tried on and bought

Rhys served me as I was looking shoes for my niece for school. Very courteous and was able to find what I was looking for. Makes such a difference to shopping when the assistant is interested in ensuring the customer leaves the shop happy.

Outstanding service from Steve. Found a pair of shoes for me that I had been looking for that were discontinued. Even better, got them at sale price. Couldn’t have done more for me.
