Terrible quality, and fabric NOT as advertised, colour completely different to photo of item and only paid returns accepted - back to China… never using this company again.. advise strongly to avoid this website

Just wondering if anyone got their 50% refund?... I'm still waiting. I'd rather get £65 back than be £130 out of pocket but I won't hold my breath... The website is a complete scam...

Zero stars for me, quality of clothing very poor, no chance of a refund I accepted 50% refund to end doing further correspondence.. Don’t waste your time & money

Absolutely shocking. Returns are to CHINA!! Quality of goods are shocking. Offered 25% refund to save me the cost of returning the item. Complete scam. AVOID!!!

Was looking for some orthopedic trainers for my wife who has just had operation on her foot and found some on Clarke London website. The trainers were listed as EU sizes so had to check the size guide for a women's UK 6. It stated that it was a 39. There was nothing to suggest the website was actually Chinese....until I purchased the trainers and saw the parcel tracker! They were coming from China. Trainers took 2 weeks to arrive. When they arrived, they were visibly too small before my wife even tried them on. She has a size 5 foot yet she couldn't get this shoe on her foot! They worked out to be a size 4. They were not orthopedic either...which was the reason I purchased in first place. I emailed Clarke London and explained this, telling them their size guides were wrong, asking for free return and full refund. An email response from OLIVIA CLARKE told me there won't be a refund. However if I pay €10 more I would be sent another size and keep the trainers that had arrived. This company are a disgrace. Looking through all the 1 star comments on Trustpilot, it's apparent they are scamming people and getting away with it. They seems to be avoiding all UK trading rules. I won't see the money I paid out for the trainers I have accepted that. However, I can't accept that 100's more unexpecting, innocent people will do the same before the realisation sets in that they have also been scammed!

This is a SCAM! Quality of garments was absolutely terrible - completely different as advertised. Incorrect materials also used. Now realised will have to send back to China and pay postage - DO NOT USE! Website infers top quality and design, uk address etc, no mention of China etc - this is a SCAM! DO NOT USE - absolute rubbish!

Bought a dress 10 days in advance of needing it and it took 2 weeks to come so had to buy something else. I thought London based so was expecting 2-3 days delivery at most. Item came directly from China. When I opened it, the packaging inside had been cut open, the smell was strange and the quality of the dress was terrible. I don't recommend. Now I want to return and get a refund, they've said I have to pay for the postage to China and I'm responsible for any custom charges. Terrible company. DO NOT USE.

I'm Still waiting on my delivery it's 2 weeks. i thought it was a new clothing company in the UK as I'm in London thinking 2-3 days. The Web site was immaculate paid quick with PayPal. Now I'm seeing reviews there from China. Clarke London

Useless shoes, probably the worst shoes I’ve ever bought. Deceptive marketing putting orthopaedic in the description , clearly they are cheap cheap shoes from China. Don’t bother lol

I am so stupid, I thought I was ordering a suit from clark london not from china. I am so mad at myself. I should have read the reviews first. I lost 50 pounds.

If I could give zero stars that would be my choice. The quality of the shoes are very poor , nothing like the photo. I cancelled the order immediately after making the purchase because I read other reviews. The cancellation policy state you can cancel 24/h , but the retailer refused to accept it saying they have already been dispatched ( it took 2 weeks to receive them). Once received I requested to return but was advised I can return to China and pay for it ( shocking) , the return address on the package is the UK address! Don’t buy from this website it’s clearly a scam !

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, No mention of China anywhere until I started getting tracking details. I was asked by the company if I'd like to do review before the items arrived. One pair of shoes ok. The other too small, and says suede but actually cheap leather. I have had the same message and offer as others. Have said I want a full refund, but looks likely I won't get it. Her message says that the return to China is on their website which of course it isn't. I will learn from my mistake.

This is not a London UK Company, nor are they based in The Netherlands. The goods are shoddy, cheap material and not quality brands. The goods take forever to arrive as come from CHINA. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Lesson learned….

Company is clearly trying to suggest they are UK based when they are not. The product is of extremely low quality and they now want me to pay for shipping to China. Total scam AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would not buy from this company, it is a scam. Shoes were a cheap imitation. Refusing to give full refund and stating they have to be returned to china, despite advertising their address as the Netherlands and having a UK return address on the parcel.

Ordered size 7 shoe received 1.5 when I contacted them about THEIR error was offered 30% refund but i would have to pay cost to return to China. I explained that it was their error and was offered 60% refund in gift vouchers ( like I’d ever use that). Finally managed to negotiate 50% refund and I get to keep the shoes that are 5.5 sizes too small . Whoopy. I await with bated breath to see if the refund actually happens.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is 100% a scam and their website looks very British, company details in the Netherlands BUT THEY ARE FROM CHINA and do not give refunds unless you spend SO much sending the goods back....only to have the goods returned to months later becuase the return address does not exists! Please avoid. If this review saves anyone from buying, it's been worth it.

The dresses I received looked nothing like the ones I ordered. This company is in China and returns are really difficult. They are so bad they don't want them back, they offer replacement for postage costs. I eventually got my refund through PayPal.

Want a refund but they are not specially bothered
I am so disappointed and should have seen the reviews before buying!
