Clark London Omdömen 

I ordered some shoes from Clark London thinking they are a truly British company. Unfortunately they are Chinese owned! The shoes turned up but not the quality that was advertised. I had around 8 Emails saying your parcel is coming, your parcel is on the way, your parcel is taking longer because the postal service is busy etc, etc.
Your better off buying from eBay knowing the product is going to be lower quality but the price will be better and that you will have to wait weeks for them to arrive!
Would not reccomend

As per all the other reviewers:
- very long delivery time as items coming cheapest method from china
- items bear very little resemblance to pictures or description on website
- very (and I mean VERY) poor quality. Cheapest, nastiest materials and manufacturing
- zero customer service
In short: a total scam

Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Will only refund if I pay to ship them back to china and id they get list in transit I don’t get a refund. Not hard to work out how that one ends.

Please please please do not order clothes etc from this Chinese clothes company.
Forget the brand Clark’s of London.
Do not order from this company.
The polo shirts I ordered were not what was advertised.
My son would have done better on the sowing machine and he’s only 5yrs old
Buy at your own risk and waste of money because you won’t get it back

Don't use this company! Company nane misleading. Shoes are awful, terrible quality, they are like plastic. Size not true, I can't even put them on. After 2 weeks they came in a plastic bag from China.

As other customers have said, l wish l'd read the reviews before placing an order with these clowns. I still haven't received my order which l thought was coming from London in the UK, not China!! Surely its false advertising to call a company Clarke-London? I've emailed them to complain and cancel my order, obviously they refused and said l had to take delivery and then return the item ... to China. When l pointed out all of the one star reviews from the numerous dissatisfied customers, they said these were isolated cases and likely to be from their competitors! I nearly split my sides laughing!!! They are clearly deluded. I am reporting the company to Trading Standards and l'm recommending they look at these genuine reviews. I would also suggest other dissatisfied customers report them as well. Trading Standards can deal with online suppliers such as Clarke-London.

I wish I had read reviews before using this company. Slow delivery and poor quality items. The items fitted poorly …. Not too big or too small, just did not hang right with odd puckered areas. I am in the process of requesting a refund🤷‍♀️🤞. A waste of £120ish with a now tricky feeling company … Clarke of China via The Netherlands. I SAY AVOID.
UPDATE …
Having no luck with the seller re a refund, I used my Bank’s payment dispute process and have just got a full refund, phew … I suggest you do as well🤞.

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars! Purchased two pairs of shorts, from what looked to be a reputable site, based in London. It wasn’t until I placed the order I found out it would take 2 weeks to arrive, so I attempted to cancel immediately. Two days later I was advised they could not cancel since the item had shipped. Upon arrival I was shocked by the poor quality, the ridiculous size (maybe a 2xl in China, they didn’t go past my knees). All rather immaterial, zipper was faulty in one pair and the other the colour was blue but not navy. Faulty, not as described, poor quality and the wrong colour, they will only refund if I pay to return them to China….. otherwise I can have 60% off my next purchase! FYI I won’t be shopping with them again and I’ve referred this to my card company to recover my losses! Lesson learnt, check reviews in advance. AVOID in case you were in doubt!
Update. Card company refunded. Clarke London (really China) are scammers!

Awful experience. Items took weeks to arrive, awful quality, very difficult to return.

Having insisted on returning, at great expense, the items are now stuck in customs in China

Will not accept it of you want to return an item, continually pushing for you to keep the item, even suggesting I take it to a charity shop as a good deed!
Saying if you return you have to pay shipping fees and taxes which they deduct from the refund so you have no idea how much it will be…madness.

Order took a long time to arrive, when it did my sandals were really cheap and cheerful. Cheap materials all out of shape and shoddy workmanship. They were supposed to be orthopaedic. but no way just a cheap plastic sole. Put this one down to experience. Rubbish

terrible product, slow delivary and despite appearing to be a UK company are based in the Netherlands so returns were costly.

They tell you your purchasing from a UK company, and it's a complete lie, they are a Chinese company selling absolute rubbish, item took nearly 4 weeks to get here and it's complete rubbish looks like it's been made by a 5 year old told them.i want to return offered me 10% of purchase price but advised me to give the item to charity, never heard such stupidity avoid like the plague

Wish I had read the reviews here first. Terrible service - 2 weeks delivery. Terrible quality - cheap and ill fitting.

The 'London' in 'Clarke London' is very misleading.

Avoid.

You pay in Netherlands.
You have to return unwanted items to China and tracked.
Which is not worth the expense - £20.75

I purchased 2 tankinis neither of which are a good fit for me. I have been told i cannot send both items back together as this is not allowed! Customer service at its worst!! Do not purchase anything from this company would be my advice. They are just creating issues so as not to refund your money. They should not be allowed to trade in this country! A very disatisfied customer!!!!!!

Hey, info@clark-London- what’s going on, the reviews here are awful, and I could have saved myself time and money if I had read them first (suspect these aren’t actually read by them…). I received a pair of white trainer/sandals today. I had already read a lot of poor reviews so I was kind of prepared (and a lesson on doing a bit of research before buying from a company I don’t know). The fit was awful, I would have needed hobbit feet to fit them. The chemical smell from them took my breath away. I kind of feel like someone out there is laughing at us…

Hardly Clarke LONDON. Poor quality and size just wrong. May as well say no returns as returns are to China which doesn't say anywhere. Might as well ask for it to be send to the Moon and charge whatever!

I ordered pair of shoes which were too small.Rang them and left message about three times .No answer.sent three e mails and no answer either.They are dishonest and scammers in my opinion.They claim free return but you cant as there is no return address
