The on-board Clarendon gallery experience, with a wide range of artists and styles on display (which change through the cruise) provides a great opportunity to browse pictures. The gallery staff are knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful in selecting potential pictures.

The pictures we chose to purchase (which were not on board, but viewed on-line in the gallery), were delivered to our chosen on-shore Clarendon gallery for viewing and collection within a couple of weeks.

Overall, a straightforward enjoyable experience.

We were recently on the Cunard Queen Anne and bought a picture and a sculpture, the Art Gallery was filled with lots of lovely pictures we would have loved to get a few paintings but are now running out of wall at home. Your staff were so helpful and were able to answer all our queries about getting the pictures when we arrived back home. The art lectures were always interesting. When we went to the Ilkley shop your lady there was really lovely and chatted with us about our purchases.

The staff in the gallery were all helpful and held a picture for me to view while I was away for a month. It was a great experience with excellent service.

Bought a fantastic Quentin Blake signed print on board ship QM2. Paid what we believe is above market but we do love it and bought it for aesthetic and sentimental reasons.
Delivery was swift and arrived much sooner than expected by DHL. Excellent condition and well packaged. We would have appreciated instructions for proper and safe unboxing. Certificate of authenticity put minds to rest and reinforced the purchase decision. The in-gallery experience on board was ok. Not fantastic. Gallery staff were not as knowledgeable as they projected and perhaps need a bit more attention to detail and a smidge of humility in the customer service area to elicit the trust and confidence of patrons.

Ordered a picture whilst at an open day with the artist.
Due to demand the picture I ordered had to be recovered from a cruise and returned to the UK for me to collect, which was done within the time frame specified.
Gill, at the gallery was really helpful and friendly and after quite a conversation with her she retrieved my art, which was really well wrapped,
