David ( Beverley)was very pleasant and helpful throughout the purchase and kept us informed as to it's progress. He rang to tell us that when the item arrived at the gallery he had unpacked and inspected it and found it to be damaged so had ordered another. When we went to collect the replacement he unpacked it in front of us so that we could see that it was in perfect condition.
