Better communication
The installation was due on a Monday but due to an outside problem it was not completed. This is why 4 stars, although the enigeers/ installers were very polite on both occasions, it was left to me to find out what was happening. Installation was successfully completed on the Wednesday

The two engineers arrived, carried out the installation. They went through the system and answered any questions I had. They were polite,friendly and very professional.

We have been without WiFi for two weeks…
Edited to add now going on week 3 with no end in sight! We have been without WiFi for two weeks with no sign of improvement. With no way to contact them directly we have no way of knowing if or when an engineer is coming to work on things, the couple of times engineers have come they have not been able to fix the problem or give us any information or contact details. At this point I have completely given up and accepted that our WiFi is not going to be fixed.

Michael and Mohammed did a great job installing full fibre in our property. They listened to where we wanted the router to go and ensured it could be achieved. They tidied up and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
