Totally unprofessional.
I had an appointment booked for the 29th June, they turned up early the week of the 15th June, without any prior notice, which I wasn't happy about.
I was informed that they had to break the tiles in my porch to get to the cable that went into the box. I said no and told them to remove the ducting below the box, to see if the cable could be accessed.
They wouldn't do it. After they left I opened up the ducting and the cable went straight down into a pipe, which was easily accessible.
I also asked them if they could install it via access through the cabling that is under the front garden and install it to the outside wall going into the living room.
They said that they could do it, but refused to do so. I was informed that someone else would come out later and install it, which no one did.
I then received a msg on the 18th saying that I cancelled the installation, which I hadn't.
After several hours contacting sky I was informed that City Fibre had said that I refused to let them carry the work, which I didn't.
I've now had to rebook the appointment for the 3rd of July. Totally unprofessional!!

Kieron and Dennis were so amazing. Really kind and polite. Explained everything I needed to know about the process and they even cut back an overgrown bush to create access! Really lovely guys and fantastic customer service. Very happy to leave this review for them.

They don’t give us full of range
Likes yesterday I was installed my new broadband connection with Vodafone they promised me to get 910 mbps speed up &dowN but they didn’t give and broke the promise
Still speed is just 150 mbps to 200 mbps
City fiber is very good but service providers are not good

The engineers were very courteous when they arrived, then when they were finished, I was completely surprised at the silent speed in which the work was carried out, I knew they were arriving as I had been notified by UW that engineers would be at my home in Whitlawburn, Cambuslang G72 8PB staff always kept in touch by email and text informing me, even the night prior and that morning
