They wefe very polite ,quick at there job and cleaned up after themselves gave me a choice of wefe i wanted to have it put and made sure it was all working before leaving

Two engineers came to home. But on that day power is off suddenly. That's why work delay Two hours. Otherwise service is good 👍

Installation engineers provided a great service, we're very efficient and respectful

Cityfibre's website offers no proper FAQ support nor has any working "contact us" option. Very frustrating when trying to resolve an issue of incorrect data on their address checker, stating I am on a private road, when I am not, preventing me from ordering a FF package when every other neighbour around already has FF and I am stuck with a connection cabinet for CityFibre at the edge of my property that they are unwilling to do anything with. My provider cannot use the infrastructure to install the FF due to this incorrect admin error on the checker. Disappointed.

Sandijs and Deniss were amazing from the moment they arrived. Very respectful of the property and talked me through everything. They were fast and professional as well as being very H&S aware, unlike some contractors. They worked safely and cleanly. I was very impressed by the civils team who installed fibre into the village and again, super impressed by the install team. City Fibre get a highly recommend from me.

Had a great experience with city fibre from start to finish. The installation engineer (kamran) was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained everything clearly before carrying out the work, which made the whole process easy to understand and stress-free.
The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and I appreciated receiving messages beforehand to let me know when the engineer would be arriving. The service was fast, well-organized, and the internet connection has been excellent so far with great speeds.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would happily recommend this provider to others.

Dan and his mate did a great job

It has been about 6 weeks now after CityFibre had botched their installation due to their incompetence. They have repeatedly failed to call me back, even after I complained every single week to my ISP. They simply do not care, and the ISP cannot compel them to do anything either. Please, do not take this risk. Use another network like Openreach instead. I am considering escalating through CEDR.

Engineers polite and very helpful answered all my questions and when a problem a splice occurred this was fixed the same day. They also tidied up after themselves.
