City Fibre switch over

They were great and installed as promised. No issues with anything and simple transistor and saved £50 a month !

Excellent service

Excellent service, led by Simon who explained fully what the job entailed and the route of cables for full fibre. The engineers team Andrew, Ali, Max and Will were competent and worked well and left the job in a tidy and clean state.

Brilliant service!

I just had an installation done by, in my opinion, one of the best engineers. Caesar-Narcis was very polite, friendly, and professional. He drilled the wall quickly and accurately, installed the boxes, saving me time, and maintained excellent communication, explaining everything I needed to know about the process. Absolutely brilliant service from Caesar-Narcis! Thank you so much!

Absolutely rubbish services .
Never contacted me for (vodafone) connection and been cancelling appointments with reason customer cancelled and i have never been contacted by them.
Will never recommend anyone

Great experience

The team that came to install my full fibre were polite, cheerful and chatty. The installation went very smoothly and I was up and running in no time. They were also so neat and tidy you can barely see where they dug across my lawn and I didn't have to clean up any mess, they did it all. On top of that the internet speed I'm getting makes so much difference. My thanks to everyone for the superb experience. I would highly recommend people going with CityFibre.

Now 5 days without wifi

Now 5 days without wifi. 3rd engineer due here tomorrow. My isp is Vodafone, they can’t run a bath let alone get city fibre to sort it. After service disgusting, different departments within both city fibre and Vodafone totally disjointed. When wifi works it’s fine. When it doesn’t, well, good luck. City Fibre couldn’t fix a drink, micky mouse is almost a compliment to their ability or should I say, lack of.
Choosing this set up has been a major error !

It’s very simple, I could enlarge on what I’ve already said. It’s been an awful experience trying to get my wifi back after it seems Kelly Communications were seen a full week ago, up a ladder with some kind of attention to the black box outside the building. Ever since (now 7 days) my wifi has gone and 3 engineers have failed to put the matter right.
Maybe best to have City Fibre taken out of my home and then install another provider , this situation must stop after a full week, two engineers having failed and yet another due here this morning making it 3 visits

UPDATE

Max Oakwood, the only one of 3 separate city fibre attending engineers able to identify the damage done a week earlier by Kelly Communications to the outside black box that knocked out my wifi for 7 days. Well done Max, you’re the hero v the dummy’s unable to sort it.
So, after a full week wifi is up and running again, Vodafone useless, City Fibre useless save for Max.
A big thank you to the one engineer that knew how to fix it.

Today more nonsense from Kelly Communications after blocking the driveway, forcing residents to exit what is the ‘in’ route. Black wall box AGAIN tampered with, AGAIN leaving a cable and connector exposed trapped outside of the box, the box not properly shut with securing catch not engaged. If this habit continues and should my wifi again go down there will be consequences. Cease allowing Kelly dummies visiting the premises, they’ve done enough damage already. I have pictures of their very poor work and can show same.
