Very nice engineers great experience defo highly recommend to family n friends

Paul & Lucas were brilliant. They called in advance, arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly & professional throughout. All contractors could follow their high standards & work ethic. Based on our service & experience with Paul & Lucas we would be delighted to recommend Cityfibre & Kelly’s contractors.

Well organised, well presented and quality work carried out by engineers.

After 6 attempts Harry, Gerson and Kaho with perseverance managed to get fibre installed to my property. Very friendly, polite and helpful lads who deserve recognition for what they do. They are a credit to City fibre working on their apprenticeship. I wish the best for these three lads job number 2065645 if only the others that came had the same attitude

Great communication kept me updated on the progress of installation which was arranged to suit me. It was on time, was quick, and Jamie the engineer was pleasant and helpful.

The experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. They gave useful advice and even helped with all our messy cables that didn’t even relate to them. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

The switch over was easy. The communication was good . I was informed all the way to the installation. Getting the connection to my home was through the lawn which is done so neatly it's hardly noticeable. Also the connection inside my house is where I wanted it to be. All in all a quick well done job. The engineers were polite friendly and efficient. I'm happy

We decided to come away from Vodaphone broadband as our monthly cost had doubled. The service wasn’t great either. Switched to TOOB. Cheaper monthly payment for twice the up AND download speeds! No brainer! They sorted out the switching between providers and city fibre did the hardware installation…. Fantastic service! Kept informed through the whole process.. clean and professional service… all we had to do was connect our devices to the new service! BOOM! Would highly recommend both TOOB and CITY FIBRE for any future work x

Aprehensive leaving VM after all these years, but rang ' 4th utility 'on the Wednesday..router arrived the very next day.
2 days after ringing for set up date city fibre engineers arrived..
All fitted and superfast.
The lines go from telegraph poles (if you've one nearby, to the house.So no digging up to be done. Took about 1 1/2 hours all in.very tidy job.Cannot fault their service.

Lovely engineers, work was done quicky and because I didn't have my router yet, they gave me full detailed set up instructions including who to call if anything doesn't work!
