I was on the fence about purchasing a king-size Buckwheat pillow & pillow protector from Circadianrest. After I submitted a question, Jacob answered me back quickly. He was very polite & seemed genuinely concerned about me choosing the correct pillow. I really appreciated that. I ended making the purchase & couldn’t be happier! The pillow & protector are very well made.
They both exceeded my expectations.

While the pillow didn’t work for me, the customer service is stellar! They truly care about their customers and exercise integrity in a way that is almost unheard of nowadays. Support and communication were excellent and I was sad it didn’t work for the pillow because the customer care was so good! Highly recommend the company!!

While searching for a clean toxic free pillow, I came across Circadianrest. They have such quality products. I purchased a buckwheat pillow to try out since I heard so many great things about it. Due to my neck issues, I weren't able to enjoy it's benefits. However, from the beginning of the process all the way to the end Jacob was there giving tips and recommendations to make sure that it fitted my need. As I had to return it, Jacob made the return absolutely flawless and pain free. I will definitely look at their products in the future as I might just decide to try a cotton pillow. And if I want quality, I will definitely be back on circadianrest's website. Thanks Jacob for all your help, you went above and beyond.

While researching pillow & bedding ahead of a new mattress purchase, I discovered Circadian and their (at the time) unique, generous trial and return policy directing used products to a local charity to avoid environmental and cost impact of reverse return logistics. By the time I made the decision to purchase, the policy had changed to a more traditional return flow (although they still donate returned goods on their side to support a good cause)! Unfortunately, I did not notice the change and encountered some outdated language in their FAQ which led me to follow the legacy return flow of donating my pillow/blanket to a nonprofit. Jacob was great to work with and, after collecting some documentation and background on where I saw the outdated website information, honored the old policy. This was a breath of fresh air versus the many companies that follow letter of the law in unfortunate circumstances, especially when they are customer error. This is a brand you can trust — one that proved that they will do the “right” thing, even when they didn’t have to.

Lastly, a note to quality. Although they didn’t fit my needs (the hot Texas nights didn’t jive with a warm duvet), the quality is exceptional with the duvet soft, well constructed, and very warm & the bodypillow massive and well-made. Don’t shy away from giving Circadian a try.

I was looking for a replacement of a travel pillow I left behind somewhere... and I am very pleased with my new Circadian Rest pillow (bonus that it is lighter weight and easier to pack than the previous one). Well made, innovative design, very comfortable to sleep on. While the USPS was a little sketchy w tracking, Jacob was helpful with customer support. Highly recommend both the product and the shop!
