Amazing!

Amazing!! Literally the best purchase I’ve ever made!!! I was amazed how fast our mattress topper was delivered! I tried another reputable mattress topper in the past and it did not help with my chronic back pain so it was a big waste of money so I was very skeptical to make this purchase. I spent probably over 10 hours researching what mattress topper I should get and chat gpt helped me decide to choose this one. It was very expensive but not compared to many others that offered the same type. With the 120 night sleep trial and their warranty I decided this was the best company to give a try. I even emailed them because I wasn’t sure I made the right choice with the firm option I chose, but they told me it sounds like I made the right choice and if it doesn’t feel that way I have 120 days to make a return or exchange. They delivered so fast!!! Within just a couple days our mattress topper arrived. I opened it right away and put it on the bed. The next morning I woke up for the first time in like 4 years with zero back and hip pain!!! I was in shock I kept telling my husband omg that was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! If you experience chronic back pain like I did, I’m telling you this company will not disappoint! It will be the best decision of your life to purchase their products!

Amazing customer service!

I absolutely have loved all of my experiences with this company. I’ve had zero complaints about my products, but what has stood out to me is the outstanding customer service I receive over and over. I’ve reached out to them several times and I am continually met with kindness and grace. I feel this is such a rarity in companies today.

No support and causes back pain

From the moment we received the mattress, I had serious concerns about its comfort and support. The ends noticeably sag, and when lying on the mattress it does not cradle the body as expected. The head area feels unusually high, the center feels saggy and unsupportive—particularly through the mid to lower back—and the foot area feels oddly elevated. In addition, the edge support is extremely poor. Sitting or lying anywhere near the edge makes it feel as though I will roll off, which forces me to stay rigidly in the center of the bed and prevents full use of what should be a king-size sleeping surface.

What is most concerning is that these issues were present from the very first day. I am 5’1” and 110 lbs, so the sagging in the center is especially troubling and does not make sense given my weight. After just one night on this mattress, both my husband and I woke up with back pain. I have not had back issues in over 10 years, and after sleeping on this mattress I was in significant pain.

I wanted to return the mattress immediately, but my husband encouraged us to continue using it due to your trial requirements, hoping the issues would resolve over time. Unfortunately, they have not. In fact, the situation has worsened. I now dread waking up in the morning due to back pain, and I dread sitting on the edge of the bed just to put on my socks because the sagging edges make me feel unstable. The stupidity is they encourage you to trial it for three months and at that point you cant even figure out how to return such a heavy piece. So then you are stuck. If you make the mistake of buying this and its awful, and it will be AWFUL please return it immediately.

We regret purchasing this mattress sight unseen. While we have successfully purchased mattresses online in the past, this experience has been entirely different. We still own our previous mattress, which is approximately 15 years old, and it feels far more supportive and stable. We upgraded to a king size, which is the sole reason we purchased this mattress, yet we now find ourselves competing to sleep in the guest bedroom because the old mattress provides support and does not cause pain.
DO NOT PURCHASE TURMERRY!

hands down the worst

hands down the worst, most expensive pillows I've ever purchased. Yes, they did arrive. Yes, they allowed me 1 exchange. No, they would not allow me to send the new ones back. Oh man. I can't even begin to describe how terrible this product is.

Bad experience with products and Customer support

When I first made my order I waited a week before emailing in to see when the Pillow I ordered would ship. I got the pillow and absolutely hate it. It is a shredded foam pillow and it is hard as a brick. I submitted the form for a return and found that the 120 day return policy is nothing like the rest of the industry. They will only all a return of something that is not used. When you submit the form it says they will give store credit for the donation of the pillow. I submitted the form and not it just sits in submitted. It has to wait till it says approved before they even tell you the expectations for the donation. I emailed in as a follow up and have received no response. Not even one that the email was received. The customer service is a joke. While I might be stuck with store credit, I debate if I should even give them another chance and use the store credit.

Where's my Refund

Update 9/12 Trust Pilot reached out on behalf of Turmerry requesting additional details which I promptly provided. Evidently Turmerry reads and reacts to reviews on Trust Pilot but not emails sent directly to their customer service. I have still not received my refund, and no response to my email inquiries regarding my refund. My UNUSED pillow was returned and I have proof of receipt from UPS of its delivery to Turmerry.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The neck support pillow was limp and unsupportive straight out of the box. They approved return, sent me instructions and address to return AT MY EXPENSE. Pillow was delivered to them 2 weeks ago and no refund. They don't even respond to my email inquiries as to the status of refund.

Glad I chose Turmerry

I love my new mattress and the topper I recently received from Turmerry. Their products are very high quality while keeping their prices affordable. My mattress is as comfortable as latex mattresses I tried in-store that were more than double the price. Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. And shipping was prompt. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I've been recommending Turmerry to everyone!

Must have the shredded latex pillows

Purchased the shredded latex pillows after taking the pillow quiz. I sleep hot, suffer from migraines, neck pain, back pain, and poor sleep. The shredded latex is so cozy and comfortable. There is a slight latex smell at first if you stick your face in the pillow, but as someone who can smell anything, these pillows don’t bother me. My sleep has already improved. Looking at other products to improve my bed. Customer service is fantastic and fast. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst experience, no actual stock, the only thing they ship are pillows apparently.

I'll update once I receive my order.

The process so far has been lackluster. I ordered on 6/28 and the website says as long as you live on the same coast they do you should receive your order in 1-3 days. I reach out because the shop code isn't being updated. I'm informed the topper was on backorder but expected the week after.

I ordered through affirm for one thing, but how is this helpful? For them or me? They should have been able to verify funds the day they received the order. I check my email daily for updates. There's no way I missed an email from them. This is all very strange and fishy. When I call Turmerry a lady with an Indian accent answered (I do not mind oversea call centers, and I have no problems understanding accents). I asked to speak to someone in North Carolina who could put hands on my mattress and answer my questions regarding my order. She said she was there and kept insisting on the verification code. It took 10 minutes on the phone to explain that I couldn't give that to her because I paid through Affirm. I got more and more upset (I've spent thousands of dollars on this freaking mattress) and she finally agrees to "release" my mattress for shipping. Jesus Christ. I have never had to deal with anything like this before.

Update 7/11: The same day I posted this review they reach out to apologize for the confusion, lack of clear communication, etc. Say they are going to expedite my order, but please consider updating my review afterwards.

If the topper is backordered, fine, but give me the option to go without or ship it separately at this point. I don't think they have any stock and are a 3rd party drop shipper.

Excellent product and fast service! I ordered a standard latex pillow and received it quickly -- Ordered on 7/7/25 and received on 7/10/25. The pillow is heavenly and it is just the right size for my needs.

Call before you oder from them and ask if they have your item in stock

They still have serious problems about fulfilling mattress orders. They have little or no inventory and outsource everything. It has been 30 days today since I ordered it and it has not shipped. They do not update you on the status of your order and when you ask they reply with excuses. As per the FTC 30 rule, I have requested a refund. They charge your cc the day you order. They did refund the full amount back to my cc within 3 days.
Edit: 10/28/25: A reply 5 months later. A bit late. Did you not read my review?? You issued me a refund. Why would I consider even dealing with your company again??

I wanted to like the products BUT….

I wanted to like the products but did not and then had challenges with customer service. I ordered a latex twin xl mattress topper and a zipper cover. Both were pricey, but again I really wanted to love the products. The topper is ok- it does feel “rubbery” to me but that’s just my opinion. I could’ve purchased something much less expensive for similar result so for that reason, I don’t recommend it. The zipper cover I washed upon receiving because it was a bed product. It shrank miserably. I was initially told by customer service that I should not have washed it but that they would still accept it back. Fast-forward, I had extenuating circumstances, and after certain period of time they would not honor the return. I understand this. But they make returns challenging so buyer beware (they want you to email them pictures of the product etc- a goose chase imo). I would absolutely not recommend buying the cover because it’s unsanitary not to be able to wash it and unrealistic to dry clean as I was advised by customer service. I would personally not buy either product again or endorse this company.

Oh my God

Oh my God, please never use this company. They have offshore customer support and you will never receive your item. Literally, I’ve been waiting weeks for my items and then unbeknownst to me. The lady in India canceled my order and is shipping it back so they charge me For my item and then randomly sent it back via FedEx. She said the reason was is because I said I’m not sure if Dunlop will be soft enough. Are you serious? You cancel an order that I’m expecting you charge me for it and then on your own without telling me you cancel my order mid shipment, and then you scream and yell at me for an hour. Oh my God avoid this company. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and I don’t even think there is a store in North Carolina. I really don’t know what this set up is but it’s a scam for them to charge your credit card and then never send you the item and then claim that you wanted to cancel the item which was not true. I have people waiting to set this up tomorrow and then all of a sudden without telling me it was canceled. This was a total screwup on their end from beginning to end. I wish I had ordered from an American company.

Make a good bed a great bed

The topper is great. It turned a good bed that was firm into a great bed with a little softness added for side sleeping. I had a little issue with my order and they responded quickly to get it sorted out.

I can't say enough good....

I can't say enough good about this company and their product(s). My experience is based on their customer service and the organic latex mattress topper. I've now purchased two of the toppers. The first one I purchased (for me) was a 3" firm for my king bed. Absolutely LOVE IT!!! Best topper ever!! I've had it for quite a while now. I don't bottom out and it hasn't 'broken' down or indented. It's the same as the day I got it. The second topper I purchased (for my guys place) got a bit more complicated but thanks to Remya, their customer service representative, she made the whole process flow seamlessly! That topper I purchased was a medium firmness (my guys preference). Beautiful topper, nothing wrong with the product but it just didn't work for my bad back. The 'return' and exchange (for a firm) process went really smoothly. I corresponded with Remya who walked me through the process. Turmerry wanted the topper donated instead of returning to reduce green house gases associated with shipping. The process of donation, taking a picture and emailing the proof of donation went really well. Again Remya was the correspondence. This company truly is outstanding all around. Their awards are testimony. I tell everyone who's looking for a sleep change and if you're looking at reviews right now, searching too... try them, you won't be disappointed!

i love,love my mattress topper! im wondering why i waited so long, hesitant and unsure..but a clean organic product set me on track ,sleeping in peace.. i couldn't wait to set it up..so easy...i kept touching ,pushing and couldn't wait to go to sleep lol... an all around good experience with helpful staff.. thanku!
