The craftmanship of the mug is second to none.The rope handle is a nice touch.It makes it easier and comfortable to hold than normal size mugs.(with the big paws I have).Chuugs was very quick to fulfill my order and get it shipped out to me. It lives up to everything they say.(hot and cold alike) Will purchase more as gifts when the time comes.The final mile del.sve.(Speedx)...is another story.Customer sve. at Chuugs was very patient and helpped alot with the del.issue.Again,many thanks to the entire motley crew at Chuugs.

I had an issue with the chugg I ordered for my dad as a Father’s Day gift. It arrived the day before I was due to give it to him. I contacted customer service who were VERY fast at responding and sorted the issue out perfectly.
My issue was the way a bit of wood had been cut around the disc it appeared badly chipped. Customer services informed me I can still give my dad a cup and they will send a new one out free of charge!

The customer service team at CHUUG are fantastic. I ordered my first mug and unfortunately there were slight marks at the bottom (being a gift, I requested a replacement after taking the necessary steps to ensure these marks could not be removed) i emailed them and their response was quick, clear and they started creating a new CHUUG right away. Replacement took around 7 days to arrive. Would highly reccomend. Very happy with the product too, the quality is amazing and the aesthetic is beautiful.

Bought this as a 40th birthday gift. He was over the moon. Does homebrew, so will get good use. Quality is superb, very impressed and so was my Son in law. User friendly. Good delivery times.

Got mine today and it looks beautiful extremely happy I was dropping hints for ages. Did have a slight chip in the wood finish but they are replacing for me which is amazing customer service. So happy thank you

I thought the website was great, and they gave me plenty of tracking details the whole way. I got it for my husband's birthday, and was so envious of his that I got myself one as well :) The metal inside easily unscrews from the base for super easy cleaning, and pops right back in very satisfyingly. The custom initials are beautiful, and the entire thing isn't nearly as heavy as you would expect. But honestly my favorite part is the rope handle. I don't know, something about the feel of the rope just feels good on my fingers. I'm very very picky with textures, and something about it just brings my brain joy. Can't recommend these enough! (Keeping in mind that the shipping internationally takes a hot minute, obviously)

Just love Chuug’n along with much cooler refreshing beer. 🍺. It would be good if you could purchase the inner screw-in V3 metal insert so I could cool it in the fridge while drinking from the other and then swap them out ready for my next refreshing drink. 😉

Quality is 3 out of 5....the centre pce/logo is slightly damaged and a couple of tiny unpainted areas. The wood also has a couple of marks.

Service 5 out of 5....can't fault delivery times or info supplied on delivery

Usage 4 out of 5....feels good and drinks well but doesn't keep it as cold as I would have liked but I remedy that by putting the metal inner in the freezer prior to using.

Value for money 3 out of 5....I purchased it on a discount so not too bad but I wouldn't pay £50+ for one maybe £25 to £30 is a fair price

Great looking mugs, bought one as birthday gift and one for myself. Both well made and great quality. Metal flask insert fits well and the badges on both sides are a great idea for left and right hands. Will be taking mine on holiday to keep the beer chilled in the sunshine 😎

Order two of the mugs. One for myself and the other for my son. Trust me when I say they look far better on the website then they do in hand. I experienced the same issue as some of the other reviewers where the metal insert is not aligned and sits skewed on the base. That one also has what appears to be either a tiny chip on the rim or a spot where the stain didn’t take. The other has a diagonal scratch in the wood that extends 1/4 of the way around the mug and the rope handle is twisted and sits diagonal to the mug. Very disappointed in something that looked so fantastic online but fell short due to a lack of quality control.
