An unforeseen event meant that my booked appointment had to be altered. I was contacted by Graeme who kept me informed and went above and beyond to ensure that my routine service was still carried out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Graeme offered balanced and helpful information about our alarm system and newer technology enhancements that may be available. Overall, a reassuring and positive experience.
