I ordered 3 rings & paid for them! The 2 pink rings arrived which I am happy with! But i am still waiting for the halo 7ct size 9.5 blue ring!

I never received my order
It’s a scam
I contacted them one month after and they issued a tracking number to make me wait

i have not received any updates or shipping news at all

I had a hard time finding the piece of jewelry I was searching for. I should have been able to click on it in Pinterest and it take me to that item on your site. It just took me to your site. I did find it and purchased it and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.

Ils me menace d’avoir recours à la justice… qu’ils y aillent!!!
J’ai toutes les preuves pour confirmer ce que je dis !
Il est écrit sur le site qu’ils remboursent!
Je reçois les bijoux qui sont de très très mauvaise qualité, je demande le retour et le remboursement.
Ils me répondent qu’ils ne remboursent pas.
Je menace, et ils me proposent de me débrouiller en mettant en vente moi meme sur un site de seconde main. Je refuse encore!
Ils me proposent finalement de me rembourser 50% uniquement du montant uniquement si j’enlève mon mauvais commentaire de trust pilot.
Finalement j’envoie une réponse en acceptant et ils me répondent en disant que c’est trop tard et qu’aucun remboursement ne sera possible!
Ce sont des voleurs et je le redis haut et fort !!!
Je tiens à disposition de tous ceux qui le désirent tous les mails qui justifient mes dires !!!

I chose a ring that I loved and with your sale promotion going on I thought what a great time to order this ring. But in the process of ordering the ring I forgot to put in the size that I wanted. Your ordering app already has size 4 prefilled in the ring size category and I wish you could check on my order and let get this changed on my order to be correctly sized to 9.25. I ordered this ring on 1/2/2026 under the name Jeffrey Pitzing. Your ordering app doesn't give an order # so this is basically the only information I can give you. I did send a message to your company website with this same information and hoping it can be changed to the correct size of 9.25. I wish your ordering process would red flag this step in making sure the correct ring size is entered before the order is finalized. Thank you for looking into this dilemma.

It was easy to order mdse . had all of the necessary info about product . It was easy to check out at checkout but it’s hard to get info about delivery.
