I ordered a beautiful sapphire choker …
I ordered a beautiful sapphire choker to go with the sapphire ring and bracelet ordered previously. The order was processed and accepted. I used the 20% off that your company advertised could be used for any item. I get an email (automated I’m sure) at a little after 1:00 AM saying that I could not use that discount code. The choker has been paid for already and shows up on my credit card as a purchase , yet this 1:00 in the morning email did not explain to me what needed to be done to fix this issue. All of this is for my wife to wear at our son’s upcoming wedding so I need this to be rectified ASAP.

Use extreme caution on customer service and returns
Emails sent were not received due to their 'server'. Left me blind on what to due next. Requested return authorization and directions for how to return for product. /the ring was impressice but was a duplicatr of a previous order. Chicher Jewelry WAS NOT cooperate or helpful in any way. Use this company in CHINA if you research ALL their policies and order at your own risk. Have TWO beautiful rings and not enought fingers to put these on. I have unsubcribed from this company due to their sleasy practices

Lie about their exchange policy
I wanted to exchange a ring to go one size down - the ring that I ordered was too large for me. Their website offers a one-time exchange policy within 60 days from the purchase.
However, their Service Team says that they cannot exchange an item for me (without the explanation of the reason), although I'm ok to pay the shipping rates.
IMO, it's unacceptable to lie to customers, and to avoid providing the service which you publicly promise.
Although the ring itself looks beautiful, but I cannot wear it.

In your case, however, our records indicate that you initially contacted us stating the ring was too small, while the order was placed exactly according to the size you selected. The rings are manufactured to match the specifications provided at the time of purchase, and we confirmed that the item shipped was the correct size as ordered.
