I have asked them to stop sending me this product and i am unable to contact them. i do not wish to pay for this and i do not want this product

I would leave less if it was possible. They got me on auto renew order and it’s impossible to cancel. I’ve tried so many times but still getting the product in mail without any explanation.

I would not give 1 star to this company as it is a fraud and a cheat. I have tried and tried to cancel my subscription for months and not only do they fail at that, it auto renews every time sending me more and more product that I’m not using. The lady with customer service told me the only way to fix it is to cancel your payment method, because they have no way to cancel. THE BUSINESS HAS NO WAY TO CANCEL?! This is fraudulent and so wrong!!!! They have shipped 2 more products to me (that I’m paying for ) in the last two days because every time the service rep cancels it , it auto renews and sends MORE product! HELP!!!!

I have given up on being able to cancel my subscription. Was recieving too much and then found I needed a PhD to cancel or slow it down. I'm not really sure if it worked or not but trialling it has cost a lot more than I envisaged,

I need to cancel my subscription and this has proven very difficult. Please do help, thank you.

Keep cancelling my orders and you keep resending them

I only ordered 1 time,I didn't order reaccuring bills, I have been asking you to stop the reaccuring bills for 12 months
Now. You won't do it,what are you doing stealing money from me 🤬👎👎👎👎👎

This is a scam. I have repeatedly ask them to stop sending. I have no subscription; yet they do and from different addresses.

This product does not work for me. I would like very much to cancel my subscription for it. No offense intended to your organization , just not for me!
Please advise when cancellation is complete! Thanks so much!

Stop sending and billing. This is like the third time I ask

Shit i emailed 6 times to cancel

I was looking forward to checking out this product, but when I received it and was expecting only that order this company proceeded to lock me in a subscription of sorts and sent another order the following month. After I reached out to them via email the response said they would promptly stop the order. But instead they have continued to pull $61.44 three more times without sending a product to me. Their phone number is fraudulent and so disappointed I got suckered! Good luck.

I bought a one-off product and was automatically enrolled on a subscription. I called them to query this and was sent an apology email, and a confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled. The next month, I was charged again. I called and was told it was too late to recall the product and would have to pay for it. I called my credit card and put a ban on the Chicaddons name and asked for a refund, which I duly received. Seven months later, subscriptions for Shop Quantum Seattle came up, and I started being sent the Chicaddons product again. I was billed in total of three months before I had to go to my bank and raise another fraud complaint to block this company. This company is the worst example I have come across of blatantly stealing from its one-time customers. Anyone considering using them, I would categorically warn you away; they are a disgrace and will cause you nothing but hassle and annoyance.

I have cancelled my subscription multiple times. Even though it has been confirmed multiple times, i keep getting more product and more debits on my kredit card.

I have repeatedly requested that you cancel this order, yet you keep charging my card and sending one every month. Each time I email you, you say it was a mistake and that some how it became active again in n the system. I have since had to cancel my card to prevent this saga from continuing. Last time I requested a refund as the month before I had been assured it was all cancelled and it wouldn’t happen again. This was ignored and no refund given. Next thing you’re asking for a review! This whole thing is a scam and very frustrating! I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I tell anyone I can to avoid you at all cost! Wish I could give minus stars.
