I only put one star because there's no zero star. Utter rubbish. Wish I'd read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a dress received two and was charged for two. There is no way of returning the items to get your money back all it actually says do not return to Edward unit 5 on the front of the package. I believe this company is a scam on phoning the unit next to them last week because they receive a lot of calls they believe the same.

The jumper was not as described- was not cotton not labeled no return information wrong size the name of the ad infers it is a german company

The colour and quality of the item is no where near the advertised picture. Absolute sham.

I ordered a cashmere sweater on sale and received a sweater with no tags, no cashmere, no care instructions. Took a couple of emails and two weeks to finally get the package-the sweater was balled up to fit in a too small bag and not the colour I expected. Definitely was not the product featured in advert. Very disappointed!

The Cambridge "coat" I've bought resembles a long blazer, very thin and low quality fabric, without a brand or care label, Cannot return as return form and address was absent.
- 1 stars from me.

I received my Cambridge jacket this morning and when I openerd it was pure rag and nothing like the advertised picture.
It also said lined….which it wasn’t and the fabric of the coat dreadful.
So…you won’t be surprised to hear it went straight in the bin. Pure rubbish

Do not buy. A big scam. I would not give this company any stars. Website pictures and details show high quality products but what I got was a cheap garment made of nylon material. Badly sewn and garish. No refunds given claiming if it was a promotion then no refunds will be given. Their other Company is Martha London. There must be more.

The photos in their online video advertisements are identical to those used by a company with another first name followed by London, which is a total scam. I bought two ‘cashmere’ sweaters from this other company but when they came (direct from China) they were polyester.

To be fair I haven't ordered from this company, but very nearly did! After reading the reviews, I decided against doing so. I came across a similar format with a company that purported to be in Oxford but were in fact in China. The goods that arrived were of inferior quality and had labels removed. No care instructions either! Be careful about returns. I wanted to do so and was told that they should be sent to China at a prohibitive cost. After a lot of wrangling, they offered for me to keep the pieces and receive a partial refund, which after negotiating was 50%. Seems to be a well-tried format. My advice - be very careful!

This company is a SCAM!!!!
I ordered a blazer that looked lovely online and appeared high quality! Instead I received a piece of fuzzy felt with polyester arms! It would make for a polishing rag and thats it. Save your money and dont buy into these scammers!!!!! Fraudsters

Ordered a jacket in xs. Arrived with no tags on, bag marked xs. Jacket was far too big and very poor quality. Had to email to request facility to return, but was fobbed off with excuses that garment was part of sale so no refund payable. I'm going to have to accept my losses. It also seems they are based in China. Do not buy anything from this store.

Beware read the return policy before buying, need use royal mail specifically delivery to return. So if the cloth quality not as you expect( which is a definite), you can not afford to send it back
