My daughter has trouble with certain metals, this is absolutely perfect and so beautiful. We are over the moon.

Bought three belly bars for my daughter and couldn’t be happier. The product quality was amazing, the packaging was perfect, and everything was shipped immediately. Great experience from start to finish highly recommend!

Beautiful jewellery, just as described and pictured on the website. Easy to fit and feels secure. Would buy again!

Awful cheap tacky items and the customer service is absolutely shocking. I emailed them saying I wasn’t happy with my item and they were very patronising. The items advertised on the website look ok , but once you get your order the item is about 20 times smaller and so tacky. Would definitely not recommend this website. Avoid.

No customer service sadly! Wrote several emails and no joy. Bought a belly bar for £25 that’s so sharp it’s pulling and attaching to all my clothes. Very dangerous as you can rip it out of your belly by getting undressed. Very disappointing no response or customer care - avoid as you will be out of pocket with a faulty item!

Well so upset I have been trying to return an item since Xmas and nobody gets back to you.still waiting I have emailed 6 times with no response .Such a shame as loved the item it was just faulty .so be careful not the best on returns .

Jewellery was stunning and super quick delivery 10/10 service!

It took myself and a couple of other family members to get them put in as they are so fiddly. I was getting another piercing so I took them and asked the piercer to put them in and she said she’d never had more difficult ones to put in as the thread is so small. It’s like one turn to secure it. It then just falls out with any movement. I lost numerous backs in the process. I ordered longer posts and more backs / balls so I could try again. When I eventually got it in it then fell out with just minimum movement. I tried to process a return, but got a message saying it could not be returned due to being used. How could I have possibly know the issues if I didn’t try them?? The whole process has left me very frustrated and £80 out of pocket. I am not happy at all. When I finally got a reply they asked me to return the items but if there was no fault they would send them back. I wish I had read the reviews as it seems from others, they deny having things sent back! Im not going to waste my time but please don’t waste your money like I did 😢

Do not buy I have had a reaction to the tragus diamante star stud...never had a reaction to any other earrings...gave the seller pics and the opportunity to refund...just came back with did I sterilise the earring and if I'm allergic to surgical steel I should have bought titanium..I have and never had any allergies..no response to the refund...very painful ear..had to get someone to get the earring out it was stuck in the swelling..never again..tried to put pictures and review on their Facebook ads but they deleted it

Sent me belly bars that tarnished which clearly states they won’t tarnish, luckily refunded me and fast replies with emails which i’ll thankful for, i would buy again if the material wouldn’t tarnish

Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO APOLOGIES,Bad QUALITY. Nose piercing was broken soon after I recieved the item and when I tried to put on my nose. Although I asked the refund and explained the condition on website form, they didn't reply. So I contacted again. Then, asked me the information again. In the middle of conversation on email, they didn't replied again, No apologies. Additionally, they said they couldn't refund to me because they already refunded to me. I was like "Are u serious?!" But I couldn't find the refund on my bank account. So I said I would give the proof of what I hadn't got refund yet. they said they sent money back and the receipt. But after all, still haven't received refund for more than 10days, received only a receipt. I felt like it was like a scam. Unbelievable experience.

I would not recommend this website. I ordered three earrings and two were faulty. When I sent them back to be refunded they refused the refund. The cartilage earrings were completely rubbish. Kept on twisting around and didn’t stay in place despite making them as tight as they could go. Another earring kept on popping open and falling off! Be wary purchasing from this shop. Very disappointing as I paid for them to be returned and are clearly not functioning earrings.

Ordered 3 belly bars and a spare top ball. Only the ball was delivered !! Emailed them and have no reply. Terrible service do not buy from this site.

Great jewellery reasonably price good quality and quick delivery

Eyebrow piercing broke straight away, I then emailed them about it asap and was ignored. Don’t recommend.

I’m in love with this piece! I hadn’t dared change my piercing for 2 years out of fear for the piercing hole not to be ‘ready’ but after it fell down the shower drain I ordered this next day delivery! It is such good quality, at an amazing price and I’ve had no irritation! I love the extra sparkle on the ball it’s such a lovely touch! The bar is stating I’m in love with these same width as the one I had from when I originally had my navel pierced so that was great! The bar length is slightly shorter but it’s great and much prettier. I wish I had found this website sooner as I feel there was such a lack of pretty navel pieces online.

So I’d im being totally honest I panicked when they arrived I’m not a piercing person I only have my ears done from being a child and these are obviously thicker but I was absolutely gutted to think I wouldn’t be able to use these so opted to return but within the last hour decided to go ahead and try them and if they didn’t fit it would be a loss So I’d im being totally but they are absolutely beautiful !!! And will now be ordering more as the quality is stunning !!

Terrible customer service!
Ordered and paid for several items but only received 1. Emailed as soon as I opened the package, been nearly a week and now saying all items were in the box.
Haven't had any proof of this!
These were for my daughter's birthday and such a shame as the one helix item is lovely!
I've paid £60 in total still waiting for them to come back to me for either a refund or if they are going to resend!
