My daughter bought earrings including for her helix but it caused an irritation which she has never experienced from any other brand of earring and has been unable to wear the earring. However she really liked the tummy bars for her naval piercing hence purchased one thinking hopefully that was just bad luck and be a positive outcome this time. She has it in for a couple of hours and already broke in 2!! She has contacted the company twice on their contact form with pictures of the bar within hours of having the order delivered hence it was clear she didn’t have it for long at all and has no replies!! She spent her hard earned paper round money on this jewellery and has been left very disappointed. Avoid Cherry Diva!!!

Such great customer service and very quick on fixing issues, LOVE the jewellery and will stick to getting jewellery from cherry diva :)

Purchased my order 22/05/25.
Order was shipped 23/05/25.

Order was out for delivery on 27/05/25 - wasn’t delivered due to “address inaccessible”. However, I have a ring doorbell, was no delivery attempt on this date and I personally was home on this date. Royal Mail did not attempt to deliver the parcel the next day.

It has now been two months; my order has still not arrived.

Have already contacted this company regarding this twice now. The first time I contacted, I received a response on 12/06/25 asking to confirm my delivery address, however when I responded with my delivery address, I received no further response.

I then used the "contact us" form again on 14th July, but again, got no response.

I have written yet another email today (23/07/25) which will probably be ignored like the rest of my emails.

Not happy at all.

Terrible quality earrings - ordered 2 and one of them the ball is so tightly on the bar it is impossible to use!

The other earring is a really bad quality and not worth the money I paid for these.

Customer service none existent. Tracking clearly showed that an item I had received had literally only just been delivered where I emailed to say I wasn’t happy with one of the products, it’s meant to be a gold earring. The website shows a beautiful shiny gold hoop, on arrival they’re definitely not shiny or gold more of a cheap bronze colour. Having paid £24 for the pair I wanted to return them as the website description & pictures are clearly misleading however my return was rejected as I’d opened the packet. They stated if the clear packet was open then I couldn’t return however could clearly see from my email and tracking id only just received them and had no way of showing proving how poor they looked through the wrapping as it was wrapped around 3 times, they where purchased separately yet packaged together meaning neither could be returned. Any company with any good customer service would clearly be able to see this and clearly be able to see that actually yes they do look nothing like the website and also they’d only just been delivered so definitely an exception to their “returns policy” I clearly stated that they either faulty or I’ve got a bad batch and had been mislead as a consumer if they are nothing like the description I have every right to return and was simply ignored!! Avoid this company there are many out there with better more thoughtful understanding customer service.

They’re not fit for resale, hence why my review shows that your standard reply to your returns policy isn’t great customer service. You can not view two separate earrings through a transparent package that’s wrapped that many times it’s not clear. The earrings look nothing like the pictures on the website as is a misleading. The pictures need to be updated or removed from sale to save this from happening in future or they’ll be many more reviews.

I placed an order on 20/06 and then a separate order for a different item late on 23/06.
The first item came 25th June. A week passes, still no second order. I contact them, and they say the order was sent together - no it wasn't, the first order was already out for delivery when I placed the second. When I stated this, they said they would look into it. Left it another few days and then I had to chase it again. Got a very short reply saying the missing item has been resent, no further details. I give it a few more days and email again, asking for tracking details. Emails are now being ignored and I'm having to go through my bank for a refund. Avoid.

As per the reply - the order is now delivered. Only took multiple bad reviews for them to finally send the jewelry they allegedly already resent 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service.

I bought a belly bar with a sparkly heart. It was really difficult to choose as the selection is fantastic. My order arrived in the cutest little pink box with a 10% off your next order voucher. The belly bar looks A-MAZ-ING! I’m really really pleased with it. Highly recommended and I will definitely be buying more! Thank You Cherry Diva!

Amazing product, as an older woman getting a piercing done with my teenage daughter. I was looking for a product that was a little special without being to much of a statement. I had gone for a flat piercing, so once healed, this has complimented that perfectly. I have had many a comment on how lovely it looks. It also works well for sleep

Had the jewellery 5 days and the coating had already started to come off. I emailed and they asked me to send pictures, which I did they then asked me to return the items for testing to which I asked for a free post envelope or address and I’ve had no reply.

Waste of money £40 on 3 pieces of jewellery that have all lost their coating within 5 days.

No jewellery should do this.

Lovely selection of nose studs they are easy to put in and take out if you want to change them to a different one
