I would give it zero stars if I could. They somehow have my name wrong and address wrong in the system. It’s so close (only off by one number and two letters that I didn’t notice it at first. They declined my application saying I was unidentifiable, so I reached out to them to get it changed. They won’t change it. They kept calling me by the wrong name and saying I need to check with the credit bureau. The credit bureau has my correct information. They still will do nothing about it and tell me to try in 30 days. It was like talking to a brick wall. How will it ever be accepted if you won’t change my information? I would recommend NEVER using them.

If I could give zero , I would. The worst company. Had a bad experience with a medical provider. Asked for a refund. From $3200 charge , I got a $160 refund.

They're super transparent, got me money back from a prepaid service that I never rec'd when a company shut down without any notice, they responded to my emails quickly as well. They tell you up front if you'll have any interest rates, and if I'm correct as long as you don't use a credit card to make payments it's no fee?

Interest rate is excessively high. They never respond to a text and rarely in chat. Their site does not automatically text a code for logging in but it will call you with one. The CSRs don't seem knowledgeable. They will add a $15 late fee if your payment isn't received on the due date. I always thought companies allow a grace period. I'll be looking for something better

Cherry Credits is a complete nightmare! I have sent my official ID and card documents TWICE. My full name, photo, and birthday are 100% visible and match my account perfectly. However, they refuse to verify me because I masked my sensitive National ID (T.C.) number and card's middle digits.They are forcing international users to expose highly sensitive data, which creates a massive risk for identity theft. This is a direct violation of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)! They refuse to use human logic, sending automated bot replies and holding my paid account hostage just to avoid giving my service.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PRIVATE DOCUMENTS. They are trying to steal my funds by making verification impossible. I am filing an official complaint directly to the PDPC Singapore and requesting a fraud chargeback from my bank. Absolute thieves!

I despise this loan company and the dentists that use this service are equally horrific. I was a victim of malpractice by a dentist in Memphis. I had a tooth that felt like it was infected. This occurred after several poisonings here in Tipton County. There is organized crime here in Tipton County and they poison their victims with rat poison and weed killer. My father was a physician and was also a victim of these poisonings. This involves a mineral diversion scam and our family owned land. I thought one tooth might be dead after a particular poisoning. The dentist told me I had three dead teeth. I now think this was a lie but I believed him. Later, I would come to believe I was victim of medical ID theft because he ignored my requests for implants. He did offer implants in his office. I also had dental insurance at that time and I believe there is a strong possibility a dentist may have even used my insurance fraudulently. This may be why I asked about implants for a year and was ignored by him. I went to another dentist for implants. I am happy with the implants but there was something clearly wrong with this dentist office and staff. It appears someone in his office applied for insurance on my behalf as I received a bill for dental insurance in Jan that I didn't pay because I didn't apply for it. About every other visit, they wanted to take images of my mouth. Yet I was treated like crap during the many unnecessary visits. It seemed like I was being used as as a fake patient as well. Just about every time I was there they were using my mouth for more images. Outside of this, I paid some $7000 for three cavities and a cleaning. I had to wait 6 months for the implants and the dentist even tried to charge me twice for a bridge I had already paid for. He had an elaborate scheme to pull that off but I caught it. Thankfully I found the contract and told him I would not pay twice for the implant and bridge. There is so much more. Anyway, my loan amount was just under $20000.00. I have paid $6000 so far and my pay off is still at $17000.00. I will be paying this thieving company off in the next few days but something is so wrong about this loan company.

Very dishonest charge charge out of control no limit for one tooth to fix $3000 they need to be reported totally garbage did not do the good job. Totally bad bad no good.

They charge more dont trust what they show before signing up

I used cherry to pay for dental work the first loan was ok , what i initially liked was that different options and lengths of time to pay but I ended up needing a second loan to finalize the rest of the work needed and it was a larger amount needed. My employer switched insurance carriers which lead to my dental office refunding a me few hundred dollars through cherry which should have cleared the balance owed…. some how cherry just lower the payment stating still owed one last payment. I called several times in an attempt to get a clear understanding but the system stated live reps would be unavailable for a 2week period , even after the 2 weeks the system never allowed me to speak with a live rep. I finally decided to take a loss a pay it and then they attempted to charge me for yet another payment . i’m reporting them to the BBB after this review. I strongly suggest you find another lender as i will never use them again !!!

Impersonal and horrible customer service.

I do not recommend Cherry Financial. My experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading.

I applied for Cherry financing for services at a medical spa. Before receiving the services, I realized I was no longer financially able to continue with the payments, so I contacted the spa and canceled my appointments. I was instructed to continue making my monthly payments while my dispute was being reviewed, which I did.

After waiting for a resolution, I was told I would only receive a partial refund. However, instead of refunding any of the money I had already paid, Cherry applied the amount to what they claimed was my remaining loan balance. I don't understand how this is considered a refund when I never received any money back for services that I never received.

As a result, I paid more than $700 for absolutely nothing. I feel that the process was misleading, unfair, and lacked transparency. Consumers should fully understand how these financing agreements and refund policies work before signing anything.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cherry Financial. I encourage others to do their research and read all of the terms carefully before using this company.

Whatever you do..do NOT use this company. I had to have major dental work done & got approved for a loan with them. HUGE MISTAKE! My down payment was made in office & the next due date was due 7/2. I did not make payment by 7/2..so it was considered late(but they give u 15 days until a late fee will apply). I had the due date changed to 7/11 but made STILL made my July payment on 7/7. When i spoke to chat representative they 1st said I was clear for the month of July even though it was still saying I was past due. So I reached back out TODAY & the virtual chat representative told me even though I made a payment on 7/7 Im still technically late because I didn’t make it on 7/2, even though I changed my due date to 7/11. And if I don’t pay by 7/28 there will be late fees! Why would I need to pay twice in 1 month….they are ripping people off! It makes no sense for me to pay twice in a month when I’ve already paid for the month of July…I have NEVER experienced this not even with the company SUNBIT! This company & misleading & I see now why it has a low rating! And if you call the number it’s a pre recorded virtual assistant…a whole mess! If I could give 0 stars I would!

They will charge you an insufficient funds fee even if you pay it the same day its due!! I am struggling and I have never paid late! The money just wasnt in my account but I transferred right away and paid on due date
to now find out ive been charged extra each time.

RUN! DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES! I'm paying almost twice the amount of what the surgery cost! The interest rate changed after signing Use Care Credit! Cherry is slimy!

Very dishonest company. They charge enormous payments for small loans. They play on emotions of people and animals in need of medical care. They lie about payment plans and harass customers. They do not follow FTC procedures and have well over 200 BBB complaints against them. Worst company to do business with. Have dispute procedures in place because so many people have issues with them. Paid off one loan in full on time payments yet my second loan they tried charging enormously high payments and after much arguing agreed to more reasonable payments but then did not honor the payment plan. Have not used most of the loan because my dentist has an awful receptionist that won't make my appointment. Buyer beware of Cherry and any Dr office that uses them, be cautious.

As you can tell by the fact that this company has no five star reviews whatsoever I personally would recommend to anybody to never never use this company for financing when you’re trying to save your animal they really they don’t care whether or not your animal lives or dies and then they start sending you late notices seven days before your payments even due and the day that the payment is due, they threatened to turn you over to the collections because you’re you’re not even late at the due date so if I was you and you need a company that’s gonna help you and is actually gonna care about whether or not year animal survives definitely don’t go with Jerry. They are probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

I applied because my cat has cancer that can be removed. The total of the bill is ranging from 2.2k to 3k and I only got approved for 2k. And the no APR thing is bullshit. You only get that if you pay 500$ or more per month. If I had that kind of money, why the hell would I be applying for here???
I had to open a new bank cuz my job's bank wont take paypal transfers. Now its gonna get closed in 2 months due to the APR. Like what the hell is this payment plan?????

They said I owe them money for something I have no idea what it's about. No credit report is going down because of these people ripping people off.
Now I going hire a lawyer to get them from harassing me.
I told my bank I don't know this bullshit rip off company is and yet this company is getting away with ripping people off.
I reported them to the BBB.
I checked my credit report to see what it was now it went from 48 dollars to 150.
That's okay karma will catch up to these rip offs when I go to court they will have to pay me triple the amount when I take these low life's to court.

This is a very dishonest company. Do not trust them. Applied for large dental work loan promised 0% for 2 draws. 2nd draw came 3 weeks later now they want 5%. Not what was promised. Check all the BBB reviews they are constantly complained about. All they kept saying is sorry for"my misunderstanding" That was spoken to 2 people over the speaker phone. I will be letting me dentist any many others as well. This was bait and switch.

I used it for my cosmetic procedure and had no troubles with getting and all the questions were up front. Nothing unusual or suspicious at all. I was applying at the office with their tablet.However the downpayment that it was supposed to be part of the payment, was not. So instead of 6 months payments I was charged 7. I do agree that to contact the company is virtually impossible without having ton of patience and time.
