I paid nearly $30 Australian for a gel bra from great Stella. Nothing but a great ripoff. They sent me a $5 padded bra with broken straps. Yep you heard me and then no contact when I complain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LIE OF A COMPANY

I am so mad at myself for falling for this scam. Cheaply made bras, the straps dont even stay connected to the bra they pop off. No support whatsoever, flimsy, boob spilling out of the sides. DO NOT BUY! Also, I was charged international shipping or customs Im not sure which as I cant reach anyone. Complete waste of money on this garbage.

Had 3 orders with mutiple issues described below but managed to get a full refund after trying to lowball me $80usd for a nearly $200usd worth of orders. Below is my email that I sent to get a full refund on all 3 orders. Oh and couldn't get them on their websites email address but used the one attached to PayPal. I did not have to send back either.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, the proposed refund of $80 USD is not acceptable. The total amount I paid across the three orders was $196.90 USD and none of the bras are usable.

To summarise the issues:

Order 1 – I ordered 3XL bras but received XL bras (incorrect items sent).
Order 2 – I followed your sizing chart when ordering, however none of the bras fit, indicating the sizing information is inaccurate. And one of the bras sent was a smaller size than ordered.
Order 3 – The bras arrived dirty with visible marks and were not individually packaged, which is unacceptable.

Because of these issues, the products are not as described and are not of acceptable quality.

As I am located in Australia, these purchases are also covered by Australian Consumer Law, which requires goods to match their description and be of acceptable quality.

I am therefore requesting a full refund of $196.90 USD. As the problems are due to incorrect items, inaccurate sizing guidance and items arriving in unacceptable condition, I will not be responsible for international return shipping costs.

If this cannot be resolved within 3 business days, I will proceed with opening disputes for all transactions through PayPal’s Resolution Centre.

I look forward to your prompt resolution.

Took a very long time to arrive. Then when they did the back hook that holds the strap to the band falls off while you're walking or sitting. So imagine how hard that is to fix when you're in public! I probably won't order again.

I saw the reviews but thought maybe. . . They are wrong?!?! I’m an idiot. I ordered 3. One arrived 3 weeks later. I have no idea who would fit this but it’s not a 14D let me tell you that! Cheap Chinese ripoff of what is advertised. DO NOT BUY.

Bra is not the same product that is advertised on TikTok. What I received is cheap material, made badly. You could get better buying on Temu. These people are scammers

I received my three bras that I ordered and they came from China. They were the wrong size. I have made numerous complaints that have gone and answered. I used my credit card so now I will call my credit card company because when you use Visa they will give you your money back and fight your fight for you. I do not recommend this bra to anybody It is flimsy, they will send the wrong size, it is cheaply made, and it is not all the hype that they said.

Really nothing to rate. Thé bra you order and thé bran you receive are two totally different bras. These are à rip off and this company should be banned from selling their cheap write off bras. The government should put a stop to this nonsense so many people are getting ripped off

Same experience as all others. The product sent is not what was advertised. The bra is flimsy and my measurements perfectly align with multiple prestigious manufacturers, and this bra didn’t come close to fitting properly. There was no support.

first and foremost I ordered the bras on December 31st, I literally received them January 19, 2026. The bras did not fit me. I emailed the customer service team and since they came from China/internationally they said I could keep the bras (I remind you that don't fit me) and they would offer me a refund of $18.00. First of all I paid $46.98 for three bras so not sure how they thought that was ethical to only refund me $18 dollars! When I said no, I want a full refund, they responded "how about a refund of $38 dollars, you keep the bras since it would be costly to ship them back" and they said they couldn't do a return label for me (bull crap). I said No I paid $46.98 and I want my full refund. I am awaiting that response! I feel like this is a scam, and they just want to keep your money! such a joke! and the bras are made cheap!! so don't bother with this company!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF TIK TOK EVER!! OR FACEBOOK!

They show an image of a bra and send a completely different one that is nothing like the one shown. I got ripped off twice and they are not responding to my request for a return authorization. Total Ripoff Artists!!!

I saw these bras advertised on TIKtok .Thought that they looked good so bought some. I was charged $118 NZ dollars for 3 bras that did not look like the ones,nor did they seem to be material.They were like plastic or something. I thought I was given.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.Like I did.

I ordered two bras off their website in november. I never received the items and when I reached out to them they stated that they had mailed them. However they did not have my address and sent me a fake claim notice from some company outside of the United States.

As soon as I ordered my bras, On Thanksgiving Eve, My card was hacked, for damn near $180.00, So Blessed & Thankful my bank they caught it & I was refunded, I wrote them & I'm still waiting for a reply, They sent the bras, & they are not the size I ordered, DON'T ORDER THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I gave been trying to return the 3 bras that are flimsy and cheap material since I received them. I have sent 6 emails and I have to receive a response. Sent the email for a return label to request a refund, but no response and no phone number. The package came from Abby Adkins,605 Bonnie Lane. Elk Grove Chicago IL 60007. Anyone experienced this issue?

First off it took 3 weeks to arrive than the bras were not what I expected. They did not have the support as shown on the advertisement. The under breast and side so called support was nonexistent!! I tried to return them and was offered $14 on a $53 purchase.

If I’d read the reviews first, I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

After I wrote this review the seller again contacted me and counter offered another compensation amount and to keep the products. Personally for me this still fell short as I was still out of pocket a reasonable amount of money and still no product i could use.

I will say THANKFULLY I had paid through PayPal and once I lodged a dispute and sent screen shots to PayPal I was immediately refunded by PayPal IN FULL and they have obviously pursued it with Greatstellar further. Not the first time PayPal have stepped my behalf before. I was glad I went through them!

After that Greatstellar customer service (!?!) reps contacted me to say they were agreeing to a refund. Erm...no PayPal forced that.**...anyway, continue for initial review below:

Took forever to receive my order. It only arrived after I had to chase up on it with the company.

Opened the package. Not one single item was correct or what I had ordered.

I was offered a $20 "compensation" refund for items I spend over AUS$100 on and did not order and can not use.

Do not engage with this company as you will lose your money and have your time wasted all for an inferior product.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. Total scam. I ordered 2 bras they sent both in the wrong size. They no longer have my size so they will give me 12 dollars for there mistake. What about refunding the full amount! It’s your mistake!! Not worth it they are crappy anyway. Do not order these bras they are coming from china!
