Je ne peux la fournir, elle n'a pas d'internet pour me la fournir. On me dit qu'il vont parler à un niveau supérieur et me revenir, depuis pas de nouvelle et pas de remboursement non-plus.

***J'ai eu un appel et finalement la compagnie reconnait que l'approbation ne portait pas sur le format mais bien sur le contenu. Ils refont la commande sans frais et vont l'expédier immédiatement.***J'ai fait une commande de chèques pour le logiciel Dynacom qui n'offre qu'un format de chèque et la commande est arrivée avec le chèque mal positionné sur la page. Pourtant, on demande de préciser le logiciel lors de la commande mais rien à faire avec la personne qui répond au service à la clientèle. C'est moi qui aurais dû demander le chèque au milieu... Mais leur site n'offre qu'une seule position de chèque pour Dynacom.

Placed an order and requested proof, nothing happened for 3 days. When contacted, I was told they are busy due to high volumes and will not be able to process my order for 10 days, I cancelled my order and they refunded.

Although the price is better than D&H

Personal customer service experience!
Cheques Plus was able to help us get personal computer cheques and even with a slight complication customer service was great and had our cheques the way we wanted them in less than 2 days.
Our branch location closed so the accounts were merged with another branch location which made our account branch transit and the current location branch transit different so there was a little messing around to get the branch address correct but the customer service was great!
