Print & Cheques Now Omdömen 

Michelle went above and beyond to help get my cheques to me and I am so impressed by the dedication and effort she put in.

It is rare to find a company that goes the extra mile, but this one did and I am so thankful. Highly recommended!

I was happy with the printing and service for my order,
but since I visited their website I have been bombarded with email adds that I can't get stopped.
I phone the company and emailed to no avail.
for this reason I would not recommend them.

I ordered cheques June 15, 2018 through the automated telephone service. I still had cheques so forgot I had done this order until October 9, 2018. My bank account was debited $53.91 June 27, 2018. I made a call to customer service to advise I had not received my cheques. I got the rudest young man on the line ( too bad I never took his name) these are the statements he made:
- cheques were mailed to the new address I had input through the automated telephone call
- he kept repeating the order was mailed, with me telling him I did not receive
- he then said they must have went to my previous address & are lost
- I explained my son lives at my previous address & he would have given me the cheques like he does with any other mail I still receive there
- I told him I need to make a new order as they are obviously lost
- he said yes he would process another order & I would be charged another $53.91
- I told him I would not be paying another fee as cheques were not received
-he told me that because I didn't advise them within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee I would be charged the $53.91 fee
- Again I told him the cheques were not received so how could I possibly advise them I was not satisfied with my order.
-This was getting beyond ridiculous at this point so I told him before I do anything I need to speak to his supervisor, any my call was transferred
- Finally after a lengthy hold I spoke to a supervisor that did some more checking, she was able to find out that Canada Post sent the cheque order back to D&H June 22 stating "insufficient address" thus the cheques were destroyed. This is a Canada Post error as the address on the order is absolutely correct. She went ahead & processed another order & confirmed that of course there would not be a charge as this is no error on my end. We decided to have the order mailed to my bank for me to pick up. I received my new order at the bank & no new charge on my statement.

So after all this my problem with your customer service is:
1. your customer service rep that wouldn't listen & was putting the blame back to me
2. my order was returned to you with "insufficient address";why was a phone call not made to me & we could have corrected that issue immediately. You have all my information to make contact.
3. what a waste to have to do another printing
