Excellent experience. Bought steering wheel cover, good quality and price. Needed new headlight bulb for my A3. Proved tricky to fit . No problem for the team . Job done. . Very friendly.

Had an issue with my car, it was making a creaking noise coming from a wheel. Took it in, was told it was to do with the flexi. I asked if they where sure, because why would the noise occur in the flexi, only when I'm breaking? Extremely long story short. They replaced the flexi, damaged my exhaust in the process. Charged me to fix the damage they caused. And after all that, the noise was still coming from the wheel.
Avoid at all cost.

Phoned to check if they sold distilled water and was told they did. Half hour trip to mold in the car to collect. Got there and they didn't sell distilled water they sold deionised water. The guy I spoke to the phone then told me it's the same thing!! It is not the same thing as I explained to him. Half hour journey home so a good hour wasted I'll never get back. Nice one. Aaarrg!!!

Incredibly bad attitude , sarcastic and unhelpful , not trustworthy . Went in for service and brakes , walked away after getting a load of attitude from the member of staff .

Building looks good but behaviours extremely dodgy … very evasive on price , tried to quote for more than was required .

Avoid - stick to a trusted name .

Took daughters car for MOT to Checkpoint in Mold. Car failed on leaking shock absorbers, immediate attention needed. Quoted £500 to do the job. Went to usual garage for repair, nothing wrong with shock absorbers. Passed MOT no issues at another garage. Very disappointed to say the least!

Called into Checkpoint at Mold this afternoon to make a purchase. Brilliant advice and service from Andy. He couldn't have been more helpful. This will be my "go to" car shop in future.

Asked for a pressed black classic car number plate for a car over 40 years old and registered as historic but was refused. Don't go to Mold for a number plate as they do not understand the regulations.

I have been taking my Porsche into Checkpoint for many years now and have always been well looked after by David and his team. From the manager to the shop staff and the mechanics, they are a delight to deal with. Always pleasant, ultra reliable and friendly. Recent battery problem resolved quickly and efficiently.

Thank you to the team at checkpoint Queensferry a special mention to Antonio. We asked them to take a look at our sons car which had been cutting out and stalling, they identified the problem and offered to liaise with the warranty company on our behalf. All the repair were completed quickly. Fantastic service.

I have recently been experiencing some technical faults on my Vauxhall Astra. I have been having it serviced by the Checkpoint Auto Store in Queensferry for around ten years, so it is getting on a bit. The recent problems were down to some issues with the Starter Motor and a Flat Battery following the replacement of a Rocker Cover Gasket.

Carl and the mechanics had some issues with two brand new starter motors from their suppliers. But eventually the problem seemed to be sorted. However a week later, both the battery and the starter motor failed again. So the car was dead on the drive and wouldnt start. I emailed the store in Queensferry last night and one of their mechanics was at my house by 9am this morning with a brand new battery, which we thought would fix the problem. But the starter motor was also faulty and the car still wouldn't start. The mechanic and I eventually bump started the car, he then drove it immediately back to the Checkpoint Store. Within two hours they had replaced the starter motor with another new one and a brand new battery, and brought the car back to the house. This is a quality service, and all work fully guaranteed.

I want to say a massive thanks to Carl and all the guys at Queensferry Checkpoint Store for going above and beyond to sort this problem out. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I am very grateful for their swift and efficient, friendly service. The faulty parts were not the fault of Checkpoint.

I can thoroughly recommend these guys and the Company and will continue to use their services.

Arranged to have two tyres fitted at the Mold site. Was booked in for 09:00 and after getting there 10 mins early I was told it would take about an hour to fit the tyres. This makes them the slowest tyre fitting service I have ever come across. I could see the work bay and my car was the only one been worked on so I am at a total loss as two why it took so long.
I won't be using them again
