Absolute Garbage. The plastic is too smooth so it jumps out of your hands. And in the case. The function buttons are not grippy enough and the meter subject to being switched on unknowingly I think by the elastic that overlies them-needing a case design- once zipped up-in the case causing permanently low power as indicated on the meter ? I always ensure that the meter is switched off before putting it back in th case, but is it ? The functionality of those buttons is also crap. I’m pressing button after button and both just to get it to switch it on first, then it’s awkward to cycle thru the options, select and save. Sometimes it jumps straight to these altering the date and causing me to have to go thru the whole tedious setup process again. And review previous readings and averages. THEN the worst of all. Intermittent Bluetooth connectivity. I ensure that my phone is always switched on and the app waiting for me to pair with it, once I eject the strip, and most of the time it doesn’t even come on ! My record is four attempts to get it to register one after the other before giving up. I won’t again. Is this due to the meter’s batteries being drained due to the meter being switched on by the elastic once the case is zipped ? Next it the pen for the lancet. I’m a model maker with hard fingertip skin which the lancet has real problems at times getting thru even on max depth. I rotate the fingertip I use every day, but again, it can take several attempts to get a decent drop of blood. So, in summation this thing is Shit. Shit design, Shit plastic, Shit button use and functionality, Absolute Shit Bluetooth-and this is my second meter-And a Shit app that needs a compete redesign. Altogether. Just Shit. Can’t wait for the next one. Maybe go back to the Nexus/HCT design ?

Absolutely dishonest!
I made a purchase but then they added to it and doubled the charge prior to my knowledge!
I immediately cancelled the order but they said it had already been shipped (in lees than an hour). I waited for the product, returned it at MY EXPENSE and provided pictures of proof of the return 7 days ago. I’ve sent over 10 emails, still no refund!!! THESE PEOPLE PRACTICE DECEPTIVELY, BUYER BEWARE. Totally a s show

The worst product and worst support, due to their cgm wrong reading I was giving my father wrong diabetes medicines

I have taken the product for the last four days, and have experienced belly pains. When I read the ingredients on it I found out it is not gluten free! I have many allergies. At first I thought I was getting $40 a bottle as well with a buy 3 get 3, add that up! $40 x 3 is not over $200!!! Watch out! They are not a promising company but a scamming one, and will fool your bank into thinking that they are truthful! These and others need to get a real job and leave the poor people alone!

We read the instructions before use. The first 2 strips were wasted, and the machine showed an error message. I was left with sore fingers and no result

High quality products at good prices and I have never had an issue with them don't know what's wrong with the negative reviewers.

After a couple of months this item showed an error message. After going through the common fixes on their website I tried calling the service number to no avail, I then e-mailed them and after several days I receive a reply "contact Amazon"... there was no help in trying to fix the problem nor replace it!

CGM is a pile of c**p. I got sent this CGM as part of a service which allows you to lose weight while tracking your blood glucose spikes. As type 2 Diabities runs in my family, I wanted to use a CGM to check what triggers my glucose spikes, Followed the instructions to the letter, and after the warmup got a replace sensor error. All troubleshooting failed, then when removing sensor I have pain in the sensor site, and only had it in for a few hours. By contrast having tried a well known one piece sensor previously, no connectivity issues, no pain at sight and no fiddly additional piece to apply. Save your money and go with a reputable brand, not surprising that there is very little info on this sensor online. Other than own promotional info and stories similar to mine.
