6months trying to get an appointment for a same day - one day on here and i had an appointment before i returned overseas

This was the best money I have ever spent. Signed up one week ago today, got an appointment for the next day after an Alert using this service and received my passport two days ago. Absolutely brilliant.

Worked as described and really helped

My passport renewal was Quick efficient and smooth well run passport office

Great app. Wasn’t sure it would work, but we got alerts within a few hours and managed to get an appointment for two days later.

Avoid at all costs. Found my appointment without the alerts and I never received an alert for the appointment I found.

Didn't receive any texts or any updates on passport appointments

After leaving this review text alerts suddenly started to appear , I hadn't change any of my details.

Excellent service- secured an appointment within 2 hours of signing up. Couldn’t have been a more straightforward process, sign up takes two minutes tops, very reasonable price and then you simply click on the link in the text message to select and secure your appointment. I received regular text messages with available appointments. After attending my appointment I chose to unsubscribe for the remainder of the period I had paid to receive alerts.

I would really like to point out in terms of the negative reviews I read on here prior to signing up for the service that this is an ALERT service, you receive text messages when appointments become available, Check UK Passport Appointments doesn’t create appointments, so if you don’t get alerts (or are dense enough to not provide your phone number…) it is not resultant of a poor service but reflective of availability. As an aside I was told by the civil servant I dealt with in the Peterborough office that this time of year is very quiet and that securing an appointment is quite easy, unlike in the summer when they are busiest.

I received no notifications when appointments came up. Booked one myself the text day.

I did not opt out of alerts that would be pointless. I had infact signed up twice and still didn’t get one notification from two accounts.

Easy to sign up. Fast notifications. Passport application made on first day!

Do not use. I did not get any text alert. Luckily I kept checking the government website anyway and managed to get an appointment.

Worked well! I got regular alerts, actioned the first alert, booked my appointment and got my passport 4 days later. £10 well spent

After several weeks of stressing about the renewal of our passports, discovered this service and had appointments booked within 2 hours. Don’t hesitate to spend a few £ if you are at all worried 👍

Signed up and got a text within 5 minutes and managed to book an appointment so it works. Kept receiving texts until I had the appointment just incase and would get at least 2 or 3 a day.
