Hi! Lots of people might know me on CHATOGO as Poria Takami. Let me tell ya, I have been there since 2022 (2024, June 25 as of putting this) and, despite its flaws with the creeps and some mini arguments here and there, the site is absolutely amazing. The mods do the best they can to keep the site safe, and, as a mod myself for Teens Room, I can see how nice the mods are and how hard they work. If you report something, it gets handled. There are multiple rooms for you to choose from that is very fun with lots of people interacting each day. You can like profiles, play as your favorite characters, make friends, or have a romantic partner of your own!! And there will always be people to have your back and support you. Would I recommend this to others? Yes!! Absolutely!!! Thank you CHATOGO for existing and giving me a place where I can be myself. Thank you for being amazing 💖

What to say. There's not much to say honestly.

Suppressive, Sensitive and jealously ridden users.

Siting poetry was enough to get not only muted, but your comments deleted instantly. If your looking for people to talk to, and not a group of extremist-- This isn't the place. If you like strict rules, and the orders being given to you. You found your place. You'll never leave. as you can tell the ones there have no self thought and if they were to show an ounce, it wouldn't end well. Save your time, or have a copy spam ready cause the mute comes instantly; even if the mod isn't present in the room list.

What went wrong? How can this company improve trust pilot?
Hahaha,it can't,this is a chatroom that is arguably the worse run one on the internet, seriously!
Corrupt staff particularly admin,who brain wash the moderators who are mostly children that know no better,I've used MANY chatrooms over my 20 years of chatroom use,there's NO other one that comes close to the appalling way in which this one is operated.I was recently banned because admin thought I was someone else 'bypassing' a ban, completely incorrect,the way in which the appeal system works renders any kind of contesting unfair bans almost impossible,the administration on this site is woeful,the owner of the site has left the running of it in the hands of people with no idea what they are doing,it's a shame really as the site could be fun if the chat was allowed to prosper,but it isn't,you certainly wouldn't want any member of staff here operate within your company,it's that badly run!
Anyone looking for a chatroom that embraces the freedom of chat( within reason) and encourages it's users to have lively healthy debate should definitely look elsewhere,suffice to say,I am now 'bypassing' my UNFAIR ban!!,if nothing else this site offers some of the most amusing pantomime of any chatroom currently active online,it's worthwhile logging in as a guest to take a look at how a chatroom SHOULDN'T be run..enjoy!!
Oh and creating a trust pilot account just to leave a review should tell you everything you need to know about this website!!!!!!!!!😂

i got blocked or i gets banned i dont know if there something going on about the app or sum.

Ok I got banned because I was dating a minor when I'm a minor as well, I don't put my real age on there, I was dating my bf (I'm male as well) but he was 16, I'm 16 as well why was I banned, If I could have given a 0 star I would but I was being generous and gave them a 2 star, because it is a good site but MAYBE contact the person you're about to ban to confirm the age. I've said my peace UNBAN ME. have a good day

1st time visit and the last! The way this site operates is actually quite worrying.Staff consisting of mostly kids,yes you heard that right KIDS!
Even staff in adult room(18+) are kids under 18 one was 15!!! But ironically r there to police people under 18,what the F..k !
Got muted twice for queries about rules!!
DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Atleast check out as guest user first although all the staff I encountered were VERY derogatory about guest users,not a very good chat at all ... AVOID!!!

The mods and admins on this site are awful.Power crazed rule obsessed morons many of whom r kids! Muted multiple times for NO reason.Its sad to say that the mods and admins on this site ruin any chance of good fun conversation.

F ing ridiculous moderation. They banned me for "spamming" even though i was just chatting with other people normally. I can't even contact the mods.
(Edit) Ok now it is getting f ing frustrating. I got un banned and 5 minutes later I got a PERMA-BAN FOR NOTHING!!! WTH?!? At LEAST they could have had live chat with staff members so I could sort the situation out, but NO, no way of contacting staff other than email. I do NOT recommend this site for chatting, go somewhere else! (ANOTHER EDIT) The email to contact them doesn't work lmfao...

This site does what it claims,, kids and teens can safely chat here an if they are harassed or bothered by someone they can report to a moderator an the incident is looked into an resolved. Usually the person that has been reported is kicked out or banned, 👍 guys keep up the great work….. parents if u look into chat sites for your teen or child.. This would be my choice of sites.
