If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is a scam. I paid $60 for premium, which I still have two months left on, but it never gave me premium access. Multiple attempts to contact support went unanswered. I ended up dumping another $200 in tokens or whatever before my drunk a$$ woke up. When 10+ perfect 10s all hit you up with the exact same opening greeting, I'm on other dating apps where the ratio of perfect 10s to 4s is about 10% to 70%. 70% 4s. Somehow, there isn't a single female with any defects in my city, just an endless supply of 10s. The worst part is when you run out of chatting tokens. If you decline purchasing more, they get hostile and verbally abusive. This scam needs to be shut down.

Hickey is a dating and hookup app designed around artificial time limits. It operates similarly to Tinder where users swipe on other users' profiles. A swipe right indicates a "Like" and a swipe left indicates a rejection or "Pass". If two users both Like each other's profile, they "Match" and can begin a private chat with one another. Hickey's platform is unique from Tinder and other dating apps in that it has an arbitrary time limit on chats. The advertised reason for this is to encourage users to be more forward with romantic or sexual intent. The time limit seems to be invisible and seemingly arbitratry. When the time limit is over the chat expires and the matched users are unable to communicate. Users can spend money on Hickey's premium subscriptions to renew an expired chat or to "save" an ongoing chat to prevent expiration. Users can also spend money to unlock "fun moments" (AKA: lewd images) from other users.

Hickey uses undisclosed fraudulent accounts to inflate users' Likes and Matches. When users match with these fraudulent accounts, these accounts employ tactics to encourage users to pay for premium services. Tactics include sending "fun moments" and asking users to unlock them. Asking users to save the chat. And sending "can we talk now" or eerily similar messages after chats have expired regardless of chat content. 10 of the total 15 matches I received - all in just the first three days - had photos that linked directly back to random onlyfans and instagram models and other sexworkers. And at least two of the remaining five exhibited the same, suspect behavior as I detailed before.

The chat expiration timer seems arbitrarily deployed to coax users into making a purchase. Some more active chats expire within 30 mins, even when users are actively writing messages. Other chats I have active have not expired even after almost 24 hours. The "timer" is invisible and nowhere on the app are its mechanics explained.

This app is blatantly unethical. It preys on vulnerable people, exploiting their loneliness for profit. Every aspect of its design seems calculated to manipulate users, triggering their deepest insecurities and fears of abandonment. It's particularly predatory towards men, using suggestive language and imagery to lure them in with false promises. This deceptive marketing, especially on their blog, is a new low in false advertising. I sincerely hope Nextouch Inc. faces a class-action lawsuit, just like Ashley Madison, for their exploitative practices.

complete scam.....soon as you join you get more action than hugh at his prime until you don't have money to pay for photos or even to keep chatting. ...even if you pay for a memebership you still have to keep paying for every little thing....too good to be true is in effect

This app is absolutely fake. There are bots on here. Guys. Do not use this app. They will claim they try to make sure their are only real people but its a lie

This website is fake. The site changed all of the female to show as my city and not 1 of ,18 were in my city. The females are being paid by the company for each picture sent and paid for to open by the male. this complete defeats the purpose of the site. Makes profits for them nothing for male

The app keeps deleting my bio even tho there isn't anything offensive. If you try to put contact info in your bio they just delete it to try and force you to pay for the app.

Every person I spoke to on the app was either bot or employee. Supposedly had hit it off a couple different girls they said they wanted to go out. No show Everytime. I set up 10 meets in one day not one of them showed!

This app is 90% fake profiles. So why 5 stars? The profiles are fake, but it's real people behind the profiles "encouraging" you to spend money and it is a blast to troll them and see the reactions when you call them out.

If I could give this company zero Stars I would. It's full of nothing but pictures of models that don't look realistic and they have a feature that lets you show private photos at your discretion and charging money to look at each photo but the"girl" you are talking to can make this feature activate and is in control of spending all of your money as opposed to me looking at the pictures when I want to. Every single one of them have broken English and could answer nothing about the surrounding cities in which they claimed to have lived in. I don't appreciate being scammed like this and I will research and find out which governing authority takes these kind of investigations and report them immediately so they will quit continuing to rip people off that work hard for their money. I believe with all that I am that whoever it is that's talking to you on that app is not some paying customer like yourself but that of a paid employee to blow smoke up your butt while they continue to gouge you for your hard-earned money.

I really enjoyed the experience on hickey I found plenty of hookups and also met the girl of my dreams! Overall a wonderful app!

This was a fun app! I had a blast using the swiping feature to find the right person I wanted to connect with and start a chat. There are multiple purchasing options that let the user decide what works for them and how much of a certin feature they want to buy. The app is easy to use and fun. I will be dnjoying this app for a long time!

Complete scam. You have to pay to continue your conversation or it will expire. Within 15 minutes of downloading the app was already in a in depth convo with a 'match' and conersation expires. It gave the option to 'Save' as they call it to 'keep the conversation going'. This pulled up a payment option on a plan. To continue to chat i'd half to pay. All this with 15 minutes of downloading it.

It's all bots, no one is real on this app, I cannot believe I fell for bots man, they say they ban bots and scammers but man they have fake locations on profiles, not to mention they all follow the same script.

30+ people "liked" me in 4 minutes, this app isn't that popular in my area to have responses like that.

Fake most of not all of the people there are fake profiles scammers and bots to get you to buy their premium.. maybe the app creators are in on it BEWARE!! SCAMM!!

This app is a total scam. You are either chatting with a bot or someone paid and it’s all scripted. In less than 12hrs 99+ requested to match me. The developers of this app are out taking advantage of people financially. This f##king app needs to be pulled down. It’s all scam.

I had this app for an hour and I cancelled my subscription. Total waste of money. There is no doubt this app is full of bots! Worst experience I ever had. I should have spent the money on a hammer to beat myself in the head for thinking this would be good experience.

I downloaded today thinking it's a free app and nope 👎🏾 why do I have to pay to meet people when it's free apps that let u look and talk for free . It sucks cause now this lovely ladie from Meriden think I ghosted her but in reality the chat expired smh

This app is an absolute scam! Most of the people that match with you are bots and they make you pay for everything, swipes, chatting, and anything else. BIGGEST scamming dating app on the market. I've never seen an app that wants you to pay just to chat with someone this is the worst dating app on the market and needs to be shut down due to stealing people's money.
