Stunning jewellery - I now have 2 spinning rings, 3 pairs of earrings and a necklace all of which are so beautiful. Delivery was fast, pretty gift wrap and the customer service has also been brilliant. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a little different for yourself or something beautiful to gift!

I love that this is a small, independent brand and every time I wear my Charlotte’s Web jewellery I always get so many compliments. My orders have always been delivered quickly and they have a very personal touch with their customer service which is very refreshing. I would recommend.

What a fantastic company! A breath of fresh air! Their customer service, product quality, communication, attention to detail and care is first class. I have never known a company with such passion and soul in their business and customers. I will continue to buy jewellery from them and go nowhere else. They are truly special.

Bought a beautiful ring as a gift. Unfortunately it was too big. As it has been some time since I ordered it, I contacted the company for advice. Hannah was super helpful and ensured that I very quickly had the right size. Communication was great throughout. The jewellery is beautiful and ethical and the service excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely buy from Charlotte's Web again.

I ordered a ring for Christmas as a gift. The ring was beautifully made and presented but I got the size wrong (twice 😳).
The team were so helpful and patient replacing the ring with the new size quickly and without issue. I would highly recommend them if you want the perfect jewellery.

Item arrived damaged and clearly used. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions for a refund but have received no acknowledgement. Horrible experience.

I ordered some earrings for my mum for Mother's Day. They were delivered on the day that I was told they would be, in time for Mother's Day.

As a small independent company, I cannot recommend Charlotte's Web enough. Having made an error, they were incredibly kind and efficient in rectifying the problem and nothing was too much bother for them. The packaging is totally gorgeous and their ethical ethos is awesome. So many thanks to Charlotte's Web for a ring that I will treasure.

I bought one for my Daughter in 2020 direct from Charlotte’s Web after seeing them in a shop in Sevenoaks.
Unfortunately one of the central bands broke recently
So I contacted customer services to see what could be done. Under normal warranty they could repair the ring if it was within a year of purchase but as a gesture of goodwill they said they would replace the ring free of charge if I sent the broken one back. Hannah in customer services was friendly and professional. The replacement arrived quickly and my Daughter was so pleased to get her favourite ring back as it was a special Birthday present.
Thank you for being so kind and understanding. It’s a “breath of fresh air” getting this kind of service. It is greatly appreciated.

I ordered Rajalita Love Spinning Ring back in May 23, and the same again with different gem stones in the sale in November 23, I must be really heavy handed as the rings became warped and the spinning function became stiff so I got in contact with customer services and all I can say is they’ve been brilliant.

I’ve dealt with Hannah, she had her team look at both rings and assess them and she’s been really responsive and easy to coordinate with. The outcome has been much quicker than expected, and has ultimately left me with two brand new rings (same as ordered).

I’m very happy with the service and products, and for anyone with anxiety these rings are good quality, look beautiful, and come with some great support. Thank you!

I loved the Maharani spin and wish hoop earrings so asked my mum to buy them for my 50th birthday. They are lovely, but flawed. The little hoops on the big hoop constantly fall off as they are so loose. I thought I had lost some & contacted CW who said I could buy more of the little hoops for £15 which I was unhappy about. CW have since contacted me and replaced the missing hoops for free so I appreciate their goodwill and will now take extra care to ensure that I don’t lose them again!

Ordered and aura spinning ring. It was dispatched and delivered quickly - 3 working days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality given other reviews, it is very beautiful and looks to be well made. My only disappointment is the sizing as is too big. I measured my finger and measured other rings that fit well so 🤷‍♀️. It’s not a massive issue as fits on another finger but not the one I wanted it to!

My husband bought matching spinning rings from charlottes web as I suffer anxiety and he thought it would help, he bought one for him as well so I wouldn’t feel self conscious. We spent quite a lot of money on both rings and initially they were fine. Sadly my husbands ring was faulty and the spinning rings in the centre came off. We contacted charlottes web with a view of buying a new ring on the 30th March. They sent a link for the new one but I advised them we still had the spinning rings so they said it could be repaired at a cost of £25 plus postage. This seemed like the best option so we sent the ring away. We were advised that the lady dealing with our ring was going away for 10 days but would get back to us on her return. Some 22 days later we still hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them. So some 12 days later they replied after a further message from me with a link to pay for the repair plus postage. There was a one sentence apology about the delay, really not good enough. They said the ring was dispatched on the 4th May, we paid for recorded apparently next day delivery, we finally received the ring back on the 9th May. The actual repair is substandard and the rings are already slipping at one side so it’s only a matter of time before they come back off. Today I received an email from them saying they were disappointed in my review and “felt bad but there’s nothing they can do now” A dreadful experience, a terrible customer service and an absolute shocking return/repair policy. I most definitely would not buy again or recommend to anyone.

I was sent a damaged ring, and not only did I have to pay my own return shipping, but the company refused to refund the original postage costs.

This is quite clearly against consumer standards, which requires a full refund of all costs including postage, when sold a faulty or damaged product. I won't be buying from them again.

I ordered a spinner ring via Wolf and Badger. I was expecting it to take a while - which wasn't great given why I was buying it (which I'll come to) - but it turned up the next day. I'm not too fussed by packaging but this was nice enough - and minimal (which I appreciate).

I ordered the ring because I have been going through a very difficult personal and professional time recently and have found anxiety to be a real issue. I bought this at the suggestion of a psychiatrist who thought having something physical to touch (in order to ground me might help). It really has! And it's beautiful too. It has helped me so much. Which I know sounds silly but it has.

I found it interesting that another customer (Amy Bowles) had the same experience as me with regards to the rajalita spinny ring. Unfortunately I ordered a ring with stones that had meaning to me during the first lock down for my 50th. It took ages to arrive and when it did was so disappointing, the gems are tiny and you can barely make out the different colours, also the ring was massive even though we had carefully printed off their sizing guide. They do have a note on their website saying they may come out larger. The company was not interested and suggested I give it to someone who it may fit. I returned the ring as it was useless to me and had absolutely nothing back from them. I would avoid using this company.

I love my jewellery I have not been able to wear earings for years these are the only ones I can wear so happy. I also have the chakra necklace and the ring and want a toe ring for summer so well priced and different everyone comments
