WE began with a simple frustration: most home fragrance asks you to choose between convenience and quality. Plug-in heat scorches the oil. Water-based mist thins it. It is a waterless, cold-air nebulizing diffuser — no heat, no water, no dilution. It draws pure essential oil straight from the bottle and releases it as an ultra-fine cold mist, so the fragrance that fills your room is exactly the one that was bottled: complete, layered, and true. Every piece is British-designed and finished by hand in our London workshop. The body is handcrafted European balsam wood, paired with hand-blown glass and a warm Edison filament — an object meant to be left out on a shelf, not hidden away. We would rather make one diffuser worth keeping than a dozen worth replacing. What we care about most is the ritual. Terrible company, fraudulent infact. Ordered a product specifically because it said it would be on-time for Christmas. Following order received no email confirmation, no receipt or any tracking details. After many days of enquiring via WhatsApp and website form I was eventually provided a tracking details, which displayed the item has not even been dispatched. I complained about this as this was the premise of my purchase. I was told a myriad of excuses such as; Shopify store had an error, new courier(Aramex) was slow, logistics team where on holiday etc etc . Nil accountability for fault. They agreed to provide me a refund BUT only after they had intercepted the parcel. Essentially meaning that they were able to hold my money whilst I did not have my product. Even though they could see it has not even been dispatched. Essentially asking me the customer to cover the downside of their poor supplier choice, shoddy customer service and fraudulent entirely false advertising. unnacceptable.
When I did not receive my refund or a satisfactory outcome, I expressed my dissatisfaction on their social media accounts. Which they hid my comments and blocked me, the same too my partner who was the intended recipient of the gift. Makes you wonder how many terrible reviews they are covering up by deleting and blocking unsatisfied customers.

We received your request on December 24th, just one day before Christmas, and we immediately took steps to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, at that time, we were unable to contact the courier company to intercept the parcel, which led to the delay in processing your refund.
However, now that the parcel has been delivered after the holiday, we have processed your refund as promised. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations, and we truly understand your frustration.

Bin wirklich begeistert von dem Diffusor und den mitgelieferten Duftölen. Sendung kam super verpackt an und war liebevoll verpackt. Denn Diffuser habe ich jeden Tag im Einsatz und er ist einfach herrlich. Habe mir schon einen zweiten zum verschenken bestellt. Werde sicher noch mehr bestellen.

An excellent experience, product as well as customer service!
Product is excellent but what's even better is their customer service that absolutely was above and beyond. Not only was my message responded to immediately, but it was on Christmas day. I did not expect a great resolution to my issue and an instant replacement sent the next day. Keep up the excellent work Charabanic, really well done. You have set a standard! I will be keeping an close eye on your store noticed some new stuff!
