Getting this product is a truly unique gift. The diffuser is beautiful and i love that it is waterless. The oils smell amazing. The packaging is beautiful.

I’m very happy with Charabaca Roma. The device works great. The only things I would improve are the battery life, which could be a little longer, and the flavors, which I find a bit expensive.

I ordered 2 of these over 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. Nada. Scam? Should I call my bank??

Charabanc oils are deliciously different. Through their cleverly designed devices you can readily experience the quality and thought that goes into their oil production. Each scent is unique.Equally, their customer service is exceptional. I could not recommend this company more highly. Mischa.

Great company. Quick service and I am obsessed with the product. Have ordered twice because my daughter stole my first one. Upgraded elegance in the house. It's a must have.

Have ordered twice and have not been disappointed. The winds of Darjeeling 17 and Santal 29 are my favorite scents so far. Both diffusers I have work amazing and are well constructed. Not to mention they look awesome as well. Will be ordering again

I bought a Charabanc; it worked fine for a couple weeks, then it clogged. I got it cleaned out and it worked for about a week and then it clogged again and I can’t get it to work. Followed the instructions on their website, still didn’t work. It was nice when it worked. Guys I do appreciate the reply, but I do not have time to make a video; like I said it was nice while it worked, but it clogs very easily.

Essence was of good quality smell linger for a long time. Product was of good quality all around. Chargeable battery last a decent amont of uses.

Beautiful scents. They’re not inexpensive but the scents are strong and not a lot of oil is required. However, because they’re so lovely, I use them for often! 50/50😃

I have diffusers in every room of my house and I will be replacing them with these. So beautiful and so much more fragrant, the scent fills the air. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely LOVE our difuser.. the customer service was world class. One top piece arrived broken, within minutes of an email explaination sent with an image, a real person replied back and a new piece was on the way. Thank you so much, can't wait to try some new oils!

Please don’t spend your money on this junk. The photos on their site make the product look a lot nicer/higher quality than they actually are. The wood feels incredibly fake and looks really plastic in person. The button is also plastic and cheap, but I think the photos they use on their website use a metal one.

Like a lot of other people are saying, the company is just taking Chinese knockoffs of the Le Labo diffuser, (that you can get cheaper on AliExpress), slapping their logo on it and selling it for a higher price.

I’ve also had a hard time finding where I can even write this review. After I bought a diffuser I got an email from the company telling me to write a review followed with a Shopify link, but it led no where. So I had to look it up and eventually found this site (which was not linked anywhere on their official website). The Shopify reviews that are already there are full of bots and clearly fake reviews.

If you care about quality don’t give these people your money.

Great product and great customer service!

I have concerns about the way this product is marketed as “100% pure essential oil.” The scent appeared unusual and did not resemble a purely botanical essential oil.

The composition report provided for the tested sample lists a mixture of fragrance ingredients, including benzyl acetate (36%), linalyl acetate (14%), a Galaxolide fragrance solution (12%), an amber fragrance compound (8%), Hedione (5%), phenethyl acetate (3%), Florol (3%) and other aromatic substances.

These ingredients are commonly associated with formulated fragrance oils, and the listed composition does not appear consistent with an oil derived exclusively from natural plant material. This does not necessarily mean that the ingredients are unsafe, but it raises a legitimate question about whether the description “100% pure essential oil” is accurate.

I would like the seller to publish a product-specific, independently verifiable GC–MS analysis, full ingredient disclosure and clear evidence linking the report to each product batch. Consumers should be able to distinguish between a pure botanical essential oil and a compounded fragrance oil before purchasing.

I love these diffusers. They are beautiful. I can adjust the amount of scent for the room. The scents are lovely- not overwhelming- plus there are a variety of scents available. And, I’ve had outstanding customer service. Darn near perfect if you ask me. I have three and will be ordering one for my office.

The diffuser with the light, looks lovely. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after about a week. I thought i'd maybe over-filled the bulb, so I ordered a replacement. It arrived after a couple of weeks, and didn't work at all. Also, the light turns off randomly.
I used the manufacturer's online chat, to ask for guidance. After following their suggestions to no avail, the agent said someone would email me with possible solutions withing the next 2 days. That was over a week ago.
For the extremely short time it worked, it was excellent. However, I now have a new, expensive and rather useless paperweight. Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing this.

Update. This was taken up by a delightful and extremely helpful lady called Emma. After many apologies and talking me through some fixes, which sadly didn't work, Emma has organised a replacement for the whole thing. She was super efficient and responded quickly. I can't thank her enough. The Midnight Voyage 24 oil has the most wonderful scent.
My review now, after Emma took up the case, couldn't be less than 5 stars.
