Loved my albums when they arrived

Loved my albums when they arrived. Beautiful quality paper in both versions that I ordered. The process was easy to navigate and editing and arranging the photos was well explained and simple to use. Very happy and will use Cewe again.

Photobook and app

The application to create the photobook crashed on me couple times, but I was working with around 200+ graphic so that could be it. It was resolved within days, Customer Support was easy to reach and helpful. The photobook turned out amazing, wonderful quality!

Convenient and straightforward.

It's very convenient to be able to create a book at your leisure, with no deadline, once you've got the software on your computer. The system is easy to use and the product of good quality. The printing doesn't take too long.

Fast delivery Failure

I could choose 2 possible dates, standard shipping and fast shipping. I trusted fast shipping, paid extra, and parcel arrived after the standard shipping date.

Excellent Wedding Album

I recently created a boxed Wedding Album gift for my niece. CEWE album was top class, the quality, service & price was beyond my expectations. I loved all the choices of design, colour, print etc which allows for great creativity. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for an excellent album.

Late

The photo album turned out well but the album even though I paid for swift posting didn’t arrive in time. It was to be a present. I never had the present on the day. They said they would refund me the fee that I paid for the express post when I complained about the service. I’m sure the company are informed when the item is delivered particularly express post. The refund never happened. There is no point getting a photo album done by this company if you need it on time. Be sure to give yourself at least four weeks extra for their said date in order to feel comfortable regarding delivery.

That email was sent on 10.07.2025, and as we did not receive a response from you, we were not aware that your order had arrived late and the refund was not processed at that time.

First of all,I really like CEWE Photo.

First of all,I really like CEWE Photo.

I have ordered 4 photobooks so far and all of them are as good as I expected them to be,even people whose I am showing it to are surprised how nice and good quality the photobook is/are.

Only issue which I am having is with my last photobook which I create it CEWE App. I tried to order it and has 2 unsuccessful attempts. 2 times the payment went through and both times the order didn't,so I am still struggling to get my 5th photobook.
I was in touch with your team via emails,they were helpful but at the end no one could really tell me or help me to order it as they said it might be the software issue ir credit card issue.But I had ordered my all photobooks in the same way just for some reason the 5th one doesn't wanna go through.

Not delivered on time

I ordered a photo book and I paid extra to have anexpress delivery so as to ensure that my photo book arrived in time for a special occasion. The book is still being processed today ( the delivery date). I received an email stating that the book is delayed and is estimated to take up to another four days. The event is at the weekend and I won’t have my present in time. If I had been told this from the beginning I could have organised something else.

Excellent service.

Excellent service.
East to use software with superb options for planning the book.
Book quality and presentation was excellent.
Adding extra pages a little pricy but worth it when you get the final product delivered.

All good with the quality of the print…

All good with the quality of the print and the timing of the order.
The only problem was finding 2 additional photos that were not part of my order in the mix. Photos were family pictures with kids etc.. nothing serious but the idea that our photos could get mixed up and someone else around the world could receive by accident one of my photos is a bit disturbing.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Ordered 2 framed prints in different dates. None of them arrived. Called the day the first delivery date was due and they told me they were both produced and they’d be dispatched next morning.
Called the morning after and they told me they wouldn’t arrive for Father’s Day.
Called in the afternoon to request a refund and they told me it was a mistake from the person who took the call in the morning and they’d be here on time.
Asked for a cancellation and refund cause at this point I had arranged an alternative present.
They charged me but successfully managed to intercept the parcels. So here I’m having paid them £150 for nothing
As of June 23rd I haven’t received my money back.
