Photo Block

Ease of use of website, quick delivery, print colours were bright and the print itself was very clear, all positive. The choice of a white block really worked well with the chosen photo. If ordering again, I will be choosing a larger block size though. Otherwise, a lovely product & gift

I tried to put a book I ordered on my Facebook Page but it wouldn't show it I contacted your customer service chat box which was a complete waste of time speaking with an Ai Assisisant I finally gave up I'm not very impressed with your service lately.

I have used Photobox on a number of…

I have used Photobox on a number of occasions with great success ,and just now following the wedding of my daughter .The wedding Photo Album I received was very professional, a fantastic service, no delays, the phot quality was super.I could not recommend Photobox enough

Don't pay for express shipping!

I've used photobox before and never had issues- but I feel a bit cheated after my last order. I paid significantly extra for the express delivery with the hopes it would arrive by the 11th (estimated delivery date 10th) because of issues rounding up the necessary photos for the album I was ordering. I knew that I was ordering later than ideal, but I thought over a full week + paying for the express shipping would be enough time for me to get the album for my friend's 30th.
So- the estimated delivery date was the 10th April. I received an email from Photobox ON the 10th to let me know it had been shipped- and had to wait until the 12th to receive confirmation from the Royal Mail that they had received the parcel. So- it was never going to make it to me by the date they had estimated- it hadn't even been shipped.
I understand that there can be production delays etc- but I got in touch to see if I could get a refund/partial refund on the expedited shipping costs (since the service wasn't fulfilled) and after an absolute battle with the AI chatbot finally got an email back to inform me that I should have read the Ts&Cs more closely and had to allow until the 17th to complain.
All this to say- I still don't have the product I ordered so I have no idea what the quality is, but I would heavily recommend that future customers don't pay any extra for shipping because clearly the estimated dates provided mean very little.
I wouldn't mind if it had been shipped in a timely manner and just been delayed en route- but to charge extra money to allow for an estimated delivery date and then fail to even post it by said date is ridiculous and the customer service was terrible.

While we always do our best to fulfil the delivery dates provided to all customers, our timelines can be impacted by production capacity or courier volumes, leading to delays over which we don’t have any direct impact.

Late delivery after paying extra for Express delivery

I wanted a photo album for a celebration, and paid the Express fee for delivery in time for the party. The album arrived 3 days late. When I queried this, I was told that you have to wait up to 5 days before enquiring where your product has gone. This makes a mockery of paying the extra fee for Express delivery. The original delivery date for the photo album (without paying for express) was actually the date it arrived. So generally order many days before you want something, if it is needed for a specific date. No refunds for non delivery on the date specified is possible. I do not recommend this company.

Special offer, good value

My first order was with a special offer so good value. Not super easy to create album. I chose to create manually as auto creation wasn’t in sequence I wanted. Finished product looked great though!

User friendly, easy to navigate app

I like photobox's easy to navigate and user friendly app.
There are always great deals on too.
Ive bought many photo calendars, aluminium and canvas prints for myself and as gifts for friends & family. All are top quality.

High Quality

The quality of my photo was beautiful, it was easy to choose background and finish. However I couldn't figure out how to change the cover photo, whenever I tried to put a different photo there, it just went blank ( it possibly could have been me not understanding how to do it) The app picked a very nice photo anyway and I was over all very pleased.
