Not a Legit and reliable service
I dont trust the certapet anymore and will never get another service again from them.they just dont response you properly and just make the process very difficult to get it done on time .

Avoid Certapet.com — Fake Promises and Poor Service
My experience with Certapet.com was honestly terrible. The entire process was rushed, impersonal, and completely unprofessional. The therapist hardly listened, asked repetitive questions, and didn’t seem to care about my situation at all. The whole thing felt lazy and mechanical.
They advertise a fast, straightforward process, but that’s totally misleading. The site is confusing to use, their communication is almost nonexistent, and it took forever to receive my ESA letter — which still came with errors.
Certapet.com is unreliable and only focused on taking your money rather than helping you. Their service is fake, overpriced, and not worth the frustration. Stay far away from this company.

Great experience
Great experience! The whole process was seamless. The discussion I had with the provider assigned to me covered all the bases and all of my questions were answered. I received my ESA letter shortly after and my apartment quickly processed it and accepted it! I am super thankful to have had such an easy process for something that can certainly cause some stress for people.

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out why my paperwork would not submit. I rechecked that all questions were answered. Then called customer service. In 2 minutes she had the answer. You should add that if you respond no to a question and the following question refers to that subject you must put NA down.
