Sensitive, dedicated and professional
This is by far the best managing agent I've come across. The team are efficient and friendly. All repair issues are dealt with quickly and any queries answered promptly. They were very understanding when my mum and I took in a cat. And when my mum passed away, CHG were incredibly kind and took care of me as only family would. I'd especially like to commend Jo, Lincoln, Laura and Alex. In the four years with them, there was not a single moment when we didn't feel taken care of and appreciated as tenants (which makes all the difference between a rented flat and a home). After my initial meeting with Romesh i based my relationship on trust, true to his word,professionalism,comitment and comunication, he took hands on the project to help with refurbing the property and having all the necessary works and safety standards to be carried out accordingly. The property is now been let with a quick turn around from start to finish.
