Still waiting for my order of 17th…
Still waiting for my order of 17th January, countless emails and messages sent …one excuse after another. Fake tracking numbers, lied about where its coming from. Took more money than I was told of the cost. I have now taken it to paypal to get my refund of £79.31 but this Chinese (not USA, Singapore or even Cornwal) company are still insisting its coming ! Liars and cheats.Do not trust them.

Be wary of Celinous
Something is not right with Celinous in my experience. When I responded on Facebook to questions from potential UK customers regarding charges and delivery, Celinous blocked me. An extra charge for tax was taken from my account after I had agreed to their invoice amount. They have several different contact names and addresses.
Delivery is taking an awful long time.

If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. How the likes of facebook can allow sponsored ads from this company is beyond me. Firstly the order confirmation stated one amount , then an additional almost £7 added when paid by PayPal . The tracking them showed item being posted from USA. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Total tat. The dresses were nothing like the picture. The address stated they were cotton when in fact they were the she doesn’t nastiest polyester fabric. Don’t waste your money. Total rip off. They deleted my comments off Facebook and on top they kept setting up pages saying they are a shop in Truro , now Portsmouth.
I’ve reported to Facebook too.

Ordered item on 13/1/22, got regular updates telling me what the parcel's logistics were starting in Albuquerque I had 9 further emails stating parcel was in transit US customs in transit UK customs and then finally customs in Belfast. I finally emailed the company on 14/2/22 and it said it was in Singapore and to just be patient. Finally my patience has run out. Please be warned and do not buy from this company.

Another disgusting company that take your money, send you crap quality dresses that look nothing like the video. Sizes are miles out, quality is shocking. They offer refunds in their T&C's until you apply for one, then they tell you to have £3 as returning "takes a lot of time & is very expensive". Absolute liars who only enable Like on Facebook so nobody can put the truth on their comments

This is one of several companies with same background address. They say they are in UK but are actually in Singapore. They overcharge you and lie to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have reported to Facebook and Credit Card companies as they should be shut down.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Site says it’s a store in Cornwall but PayPal receipt is in Chinese.
Site says orders can be cancelled within 12 hrs but I emailed them as soon as my PayPal notification came. 2 mins and they said:
Thank you for your patience.
As we checked, your order has been sent out.
Sorry it cannot be canceled now, the tracking number will be update, please be patient.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you!
When I responded to the above I suddenly received the below.
Thanks for your contact.
Hope everything is doing well.
We're on holiday from Jan 29 to Feb 6,.
During this period,we have very few staff on duty.
So your questions may be delayed to be solved.
But we will reply your inquiry within 24 hours after we back to work on Feb 7.
Your order will be processed normally.Do not worry about it .
We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
