Scam scam !
Never order here. Product - doesnt work like they advertise it. Cheap, light item only.
Phone number doesnt exist for customer service!
They offered me £4 refund, I paid £20!
Shocking! Avoid!

Just some advice for those who've been scammed by this clown of a company... check your bank account, you may have been scammed even further by Celinous, by them taking more money than they should have! This has happened to many, including me. Contact your bank, explain that the product you purchased is nothing like the one advertised, and that it doesn't work, and if you've been overcharged, Celinous have committed FRAUD, and your bank should refund every penny to you! Never mind sending the item back to China, at your expense, go through your bank, they are committing fraud and the 'company' needs closing down!

This company needs to learn how to tell the truth! The dress I ordered was described as soft flowing cotton summer dress. What I got, after waiting 3 weeks was a NYLON dress that was a million miles from the photographs shown. I have never seen such poor workmanship on a garment. It looked awful and was a very poor fit. No information in the parcel about returns. An email gave me a strange address in South China and guess what?? YOU have to pay the return freight, which costs almost as much as the dress. Mine went in the dustbin. Awful service, shoddy goods and I strongly advise you to steer well clear of parting with your money for absolute tat. Will never order from them again!

I brought the straight comb , when it arrived I tried it dose not work on the hair like the video shows. I have emailed them to sent it back for a refund, they answered at first saying I ordered the right thing . I replied saying I know I would like to send back for refund. They are now ignoring my emails do not buy from them

Steer clear of this company. Product cheap and tacky - nothing like online photos.
Refused to accept return as saying nothing wrong. Disgusted with them.

Beware , the details they have on their site about refund is utter nonsense. I eventually received my order after waiting 6 weeks for it. The 3 items I ordered were nothing like they were describe , a linen shirt which was 65% polyester , a dress that blended cotton , more like swimming costume material , and a dress that looks fab on the site and looked nothing like it. Similiar to everyone I had 4 or 5 emails trying to return the items and eventually got one suggesting that I gave them to some friends. I immediately contacted Paypal and reported it and the money was back in my account the next day. If you pay by credit card or Paypal please claim it back , this will stop them getting away with it

Well at least I received my ordered items - absolute crap.......total SCAM.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the material is very poor - looked like cotton on the website, but actually arrived as shiny nylon. Horrendous. Customer service is equally horrendous. They are v quick to reply, but WILL NOT issue a refund whatever you say to them. This was the last email I received from them (after to-ing and fro-ing 3 or 4 times demanding a refund)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE - you will not be able to return it for a refund if you don’t like it .

Would give a zero if I could. Avoid ordering anything from these people at all costs. The 2 dresses I ordered were disgusting, one of them didn’t even have a back on it, just a shimmer of material which is completely see through. I ordered from a Facebook page, they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on there. No joy in being allowed to return the dresses which I wouldn’t even use to wash the floor, and still in dispute over a full refund.

This company is a complete scam! The pics they show on Facebook are nothing like the bits of rag that they send to you.
I ordered 2 beautiful dresses. They added 20% onto the total price (they claim it’s tax). I received them about a month later and they were little more than rags.
When I complained I was offered a £5 refund, which escalated to £8, then £10 and finally £15. I was told they had no authority to offer any more than £15 and if I sent them back I would have to pay the return postage (which incidentally was near £20).
I took this up with PayPal and escalated it to a claim. They had until yesterday to respond, and finally gave me a full refund.
Please take this to your credit card company or paypal. Don’t give up as they will back down eventually!

Scam company I’m sure, nothing arrived despite frequent emails initially with tracking information. Several months later I’m fed up with emailing them.
I bitterly regret being taken in.

Absolutely terrible customer service, my poor mum ordered 3 dresses in good faith, looks nothing like the pictures, don’t fit far to big, have emailed, face book messaged, and wrote on their wall, and NO REPLY, so £60 that she will not be getting back, shouldn’t be allowed to trade like this

Absolutely terrible quality and completely wrong sizing.... Order UK 18 items were more like a child's size!!! And as previous reviewers have said they won't give a refund "as this is what I ordered! DO NOT BUY GROM THIS COMPANY.

This company are dreadful and the quality is awful. Won’t accept returns saying this is what you ordered this is what you get. I did not order some of such poor quality Totally unacceptable

Absolute rubbish...ordered cotton/linen dress, arrived in OK time but when I opened it, polyester rag. Should have guessed when HK was the origin. They should be banned from advertising on FB

Absolutely fraudulent. I ordered a cotton linen long sleeved dress size 12, advertised at £18.99 free post and packing. They took £22.79 off my card and when the dress arrived several weeks later it was no more than a polyester rag sized Large! I am intending to pursue the matter with the credit card company and with Facebook. I had wrongly assumed FB would have done some form of due diligence on those who advertise via its platform.
My husband has done some research and found an address in Cambridge for one of its directors. May be worth pursuing…..

Do not buy from Celinous ...EVER !. reason : 1. quality : utterly appalling .2. Invoicing : your invoice will show they are charging you more than items advertised/listed on your order . 3. Scam They say its from the US but if you contact them about quality the email reply has Chinese characters . 4. Refund ...will only offer you minimal refund ( I got £4) - you cant send the items back . The quality is shameful - the fabrics bear no relation to the items modeled in the photos ...they are a cheap, thin, polyester replacement that is completely see through . I concur with other respondents - the clothes are nothing better than rags . Dont waste your money .
