I attempted to leave this review on Whatnot but was unable to do so, which is disappointing in itself.

I understand that sellers need to create excitement during auctions, but there’s a clear line between enthusiasm and being misleading. In my experience, that line was crossed.

The auctions are extremely fast paced, leaving little to no time for buyers to properly research items. Products are presented as exceptional bargains, but in my case, I ended up paying more than three times the actual market value.

There is also no option to cancel purchases, which only adds to the frustration when you realise you’ve significantly overpaid.

I previously enjoyed watching their content and would likely have continued buying from them. However, after this experience, I won’t be engaging with them again.

Unless you are very confident in what you’re buying and are unconcerned about price or quality, I would strongly advise exercising caution before purchasing.

Bought some aftershave never smelt anything like it. Was absolutely awful! Left a reveiw. They messaged said if I removed the reveiw they would offer a refund !

Sold we a Tag Heuer watch that was beaten up and fake, Wasn’t unterested in putting things right. Set of scammers.

I had an amazing experience at CB Stores. The service was absolutely fantastic - the staff were incredibly lovely, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to help and made the whole experience feel personal rather than rushed.

I also managed to get an amazing deal on a beautiful necklace, which I’m really happy with. It’s rare to find both great prices and genuinely kind service, but CB Stores delivered both.

I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality items and a friendly, helpful shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Sold me a counterfeit LV bag. Said it slipped though their strict inspections but a blind man could have told this was counterfeit. YKK zip on. LV bag. Okay… got refunded by whatnot. Scammers.

Whatever you do. DO NOT JOIN THEIR WHATNOT STREAMS.

Straight up scammers on their sending fake items out as well as increasing times on actions when it should of ended

Awful customer service.
Literally ignore people gave up in the end trying to deal with them.

Sent an email five days ago the reply was to phone and leave a message which I have done twice. I was interested in selling some items but really disappointed in your customer service. Can’t write any more feedback because nobody has contacted me.

Issac takes advantage of people and bans people from their lives when questioned about a faulty item. No response for 2 months, enough was enough... DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL ITEMS FROM THIS PEOPLE.. Grab and run...

I ordered two items in a single order. Only one item was delivered initially.
What followed was a long period of confusing and conflicting explanations, including repeated claims of banking issues — which were later confirmed by the seller not to have affected my payment.
The second item eventually arrived, but it was faulty (main chain link not soldered), and I had to return it. Despite confirming receipt of the return and promising a refund, the refund has still not been issued, even after multiple deadlines passed.
Messages were often read and not replied to, and tracking was never provided despite repeated requests.
When buying jewellery online, trust and clear communication are essential — this experience fell far short of that.
I have now escalated the matter through my bank and Trading Standards.
I would not order from this seller again.

BE VERY CAREFUL WİTH THİS COMPANY!!! Very poor customer service and customer consideration i would think twice in fact 5 times before you buy and trust these guys thier set up and business is solely based on grab and run they will not consider cancellation or refunds even if the customer is not happy with the purchase no amount is too little for them to run off with.. i made a mistake purchase on there whatnot app account and asked for cancellation with in minutes, the next day they rejected my request for cancellation and forced me to pay 10£ for a item that is worth no more than 2£ not yet received the item and im dreading it even..

I would just like to say thank you so much to Lou from CBE who has gone above and beyond great customer service I have updated this review to reflect the outcome most of which was mis information and frustration but has been totally resolved by the company and restored my faith in the process one very happy customer although I never got the goods fully refunded and no issue at all with the service 😀 😊

I have been there twice, first time I delt with a younger man, who was fantastic and I had a lovely time, truly outstanding! I had plenty things of mine to sale, he helped me tremendously....
The second time I went there to sale my granny's watch, there was an elderly gentleman who was not kind nor polite, never smiled. He behaved like he didn't want to be there and that I was inconvenience to him. I ask for the regular guys who you can see on the YouTube shorts, but they were in London doing online sales.
I was little disappointed that I didn't meet them, BUT I still want to highly recommend this place! They're hones and very professional.

I have an item on consignment that I took in store 9 months ago after moaning and moaning at them they finally got the item listed today , will probably take another year to sell. Very poor communication from the team, should get more than 1 person on enquiries and emails with the volume of complaints they receive about poor communication

Absolutley do not see sonething you like and try negotiate a price for it it will send you insane CANT RING THE STORE CANT GET A REPLY ON AN OFFER CANT GET A REPLY OFF THE LADY ON THE END OF THE PHONE IN A HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF KNOWWHERE honestly its like a cowboy outfit WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN VIRGIN and thats saying something AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY
