Diamond looks very fake...

Every ring i purchased is gorgeous and I have received tons of compliments. No one could tell the diamonds were made in a lab. I highly recommend purchasing through this company. It’s safe, you get the product you pay for. No scams, just great prices and customer service.

Do not purchase anything from this company! The stone fell out of my ring after 2 weeks and now I can not reach them. Be careful

The worst experience ever. The brides rings arrived after the wedding and were ordered several months in advance. I have been trying to get a refund since beginning of November. My husband’s ring has already lost stones after 2 weeks of wearing it. I have been dealing with Allen who asked for pictures of the damaged which I sent and pictures of the ring that arrived late which I also sent and assured I could get a return on both and nothing has happened. They do not stand behind their guaranty. They are awful to deal with, they do not respond to emails timely . They drag their feet —do not order from them. You will not be happy. A total waste of money and poor poor quality of a product.

Customer service is 0/10. They don’t reply back in a timely manner, and they take a month or so to ship your order. I will never order from them again and do not recommend anyone else to order

BEWARE: Take extreme caution and do not purchase from Swetelove Jewelry. Their customer service department is horrible, they will occasionally respond to you as a means to delay any real and reasonable resolution to concerns or quality issues. I have had a terrible experience with them and because they are located in China you are powerless to have them be accountable to resolve any issues you many have with your purchase. There is to much detail to summarize my experience but I have contacted my credit card company, a US Federal Department, and I'm writing this review as my means to alert you, the consumer, to stay away from Swetelove Jewelry. I have offered them time and suggested resolution to my issue with them and they have not responded to me since my suggestion of resolution. I also told them the steps I would take if I did not hear back from them - so this review and my further actions will not be a surprise to them.

The reason for 1 star is so I could leave a review. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! They say they offer 30-day returns and you have to contact them to return items, it's a BALDFACE LIE!!! I've contacted them 8 different times and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT THEIR JUNK JEWELRY!!! It wasn't until I contacted PayPal (thank God I used them) that they got back to me and didn't send me any info on how to return, just kept prolonging the contact. They lie about the item descriptions, about carat weight, about quality, etc. It's a scam, 1 of the biggest! I just had to pay $75 to ship the junk back and the only way I got the address was thru PayPal! Please, please save yourself headaches and your hard-earned money and DONT PURCHASE A THING FROM SWETELOVE, you will be sorry, I guarantee it!!!

The service at sweet love is absolutely superb! I made several changes to the original design of my ring, and they handled it with no problem. Everything was done as fast as they could and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again!

Purchased earrings and they did not look anything like the picture. Very cheap quality, very overpriced. So disappointed! Looks like something I could have bought for under ten bucks elsewhere. Beware ordering from this company.

I have never had an issue with Swetelove Jewelry. I just wish delivery time was a little quicker. The customer service is good because they respond quickly and the quality of the gems are great. My rings are sparkling still after 3 years. I can’t wait for my new rings to get here so I can show them off. Now it’s time to order a wedding band and the selections are making it hard to choose just one, so I’m ordering a backup.
