I ordered shampoo and conditioner it’s been 3 weeks still waiting can’t call only online sent emails all you get is automated email never again I will buy from them .

Disaster. A complete sham and con job. They don't ship your order apologises a couple of times, and keep hold of your money. If you want a refund they state they will do so in 5-7 days. They are using our money to illegally support their obviously failing business. Do not buy anything from this company. Unethical and scammers.

Read the negative reviews they are all true! (dont trust the paid fake ones on google) I waited 4 weeks for my products to arrive, to find out they never were dispatched due to 'stock issues'. Customer service was appalling and took 7 days to process my "requested" refund.This obviously happens alot. Spend the extra $20 and go elsewhere - not worth it. I purchased the same products from else where and they arrived within 3 days!

Horrendous company
Like everyone else I wish I had checked the reviews first!! Usually companies like this there’s no problems.

12 BUSINESS days since I ordered 1 product and it has not been dispatched still!!!

10 business days and still no products. Just continued processing excuses. My products didn’t arrive for my event. Wish I had done some research. Will never buy from this company again.

They entered the incorrect postage details and email that were obviously from a different purchaser as they were nothing like mine. Definitely not a typo. So I find out that it has been sent back to their Warehouse and they are wanting to recharge me postage for me to get the items when it was their mistake.

I so wish I had researched this company before ordering. Website said delivery would be 3 - 5 business days, so I thought I'd get my order before going away on holiday. called them twice to enquire but no response.
The got an email saying that my order had been returned to them as I was out when Aus Post tried to deliver it and I had failed to collect it from the post office, despite not receiving any notification that delivery had been attempted or that my parcel was awaiting pick up. They have asked me to call to arrange to pay for postage for re-delivery. I have called 4 times and emailed and no response.
Shop somewhere else.

I read reviews on Catwalk after purchasing an item and thought I might have got scammed but I had a great experience with them. It took a bit longer for delivery. They advised would be shipped within 5 days. I contacted customer support and they responded the following day to apologise but advised they were waiting on inventory and would upgrade my shipping to express which was amazing and the package came 3 days after that contact. I had a great experience with them and the product I brought was the exact item and I’m not sure why other people have had a bad experience with them.

I wish I'd read the reviews earlier. Put an order in 10 days ago and it's still not dispatched. Their website stated usually 5 days to dispatch but usually 1-3 days which is BS.
Now I'm wondering if the product with arrive at all and I spent over $100.
Will order from Oz hair and beauty next time they're way more reliable and fast delivery.

Read the other reviews and was initially sceptical because the product I was buying was cheaper than other places, but read another review saying they were legit so decided to take the chance.
Absolutely 0 issues with them.
Bought the product and it was shipped 3 days later and came exactly as advertised.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I made an order a month ago. No items received, no refund processed, multiple emails sent, multiple promises made. I am lucky that I paid via PayPal so still hoping to get my money back through PayPal.

Wish I could give zero stars. Scammers. After about a month of trying to get them to send my order, I finally lodged a complaint with PayPal. Lucky I did pay using PayPal, otherwise I would have never received what I ordered, or never received a refund from Catwalk. So many emails backwards and forwards with them, over weeks. So many promises they’d send in the next couple of days. I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund me. They also promised to do this within 3 days. A week later, nothing had happened, so I finally lodged the complaint with PayPal. Uploaded screen shots of all my correspondence with Catwalk, and PayPal gave me a full refund right away. Catwalk clearly never had any intention of sending what I payed for, or giving me a refund. I’m completely sure they are just scammers. So glad I didn’t pay using my credit card details. Who knows what these dodgy scammers would get up to with credit card details!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong product, and then expected me to pay full shipping cost to send the right product. Gave them several opportunities to rectify and end with a satisfied customer but zero interest. Will never order from then again.

Terrible experience. I ordered something in July 2024. I followed up multiple times after ordering to see where my order was at, and they advised me in August that my item was actually out of stock and no estimation on when it was restocked. This went on for a while and I continued to question when they would get stock otherwise I'd request a refund, until eventually they advised me at the end of October that it had supposedly already been shipped. The evidence they provided me of the shipping was obviously fake because the date of shipping was 30 July (supposedly when they were "out of stock"). I never received the product. I had to follow up twice more to get another response in February to which they advised me that my time to report this was outside the timeframe (within 7 days of shipping). Terrible experience will not shop here again.

They sent a faulty hair dryer.
Hair dryer randomly shutting off and then wouldn't turn on, switches started sparking and a burning smell was coming from the hair dryer.
I emailed regarding the issue, they wanted me to send video proof I said no as it was a safety concern.
They then said I need to pay for the return and they will test it and I may incur more fees?

The cost of the return almost outways the cost of a new hair dryer.

I will never shop with this company or ever recommend them

If you want your package picked, packed and delivered correctly in a timely manner this is not the company for you. Had to follow up on each step, correct mistakes & request a refund to finally receive all parts of the order. Packaging was poor quality and arrived damaged, missed “promo” items in first part of delivery. Not worth the headache when so many fantastic alternatives available.

Said would be dispatched within 1-3 days. Ordered almost two weeks ago and order still not dispatched. Have emailed them asking why - no response. Not worth the discounted pricing to be honest.

Shop elsewhere! I've ordered from this company twice now. The first time was a bad experience, however I thought I'd give them another go to see if their service had improved, but it absolutely hasn't. As a consumer, I'm not asking for anything outside of receiving my order and having clear communication when there is a problem, and unfortunately both are a miss with Catwalk. Really disappointing and it's clear others have the same issues when trying to deal with them. When there are so many reviews online asking if the company is actually a scam, that's pretty telling of what kind of organisation you're dealing with!

I ordered two times hair products from cat walk and both the time I have waited 10+ days to dispatch my order from their warehouse, so poor with the delivery really disappoint.

Placed 3 orders with this company - every single one has been delayed. They may be a bit cheaper in cost but it sure isn’t worth the uncertainty of not knowing when you’ll receive your order.
