1 star is generous! Please avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. The tiny savings the site offers simply are NOT worth the headaches that come after. This company claims a shipping time frame that they don’t stick too. I ordered on the 6/6/26. There were no communications from the company by the 15/6/26 so I called them. The customer service wanted an email, but I persisted saying I needed answers of what was going on. I soon received an email with an excuse of my order being caught up with a small amount of delayed orders, and that it would be sent out within the next 3 days and upgraded to express shipping. 3 days later the order has been finally shipped but through Aramex economy with a delivery date by 23/6/26. Haven’t had a response to clarify the type of shipping and no one answers the phone. After reading reviews this seems to be a common occurrence and truly believe this company simply has time management and customer service issues. Don’t buy through them!

Ordered 28th may. Happy to take my money. But nothing since. I tried searching up my order and it says my order number from the email sent to me, isnt even associated with the email.

Don't bother ordering from here.

Placed my 2nd order yesterday and received my items within 24 hours, can’t ask for better than that.

Long shipping times. Placed my order on April 30th and received the typical confirmation email. I next heard from them on May 13th saying they created the shipping label, and I finally received the item on May 15th. Their website does say they take up to 10 business days to dispatch, and they truly mean it. If you're placing an order, set your expectations for the worst-case scenario and you won't be disappointed.

Never again order from this website, ordered my item on the 29th April till now haven't received my goods, emailed them about it then they just shipped my ordered, very disappointed.

My last two orders have been significantly delayed due to inventory issues. Rather than just sending the available items, Catwalk cancelled the order without checking first. I’ve been advised the refund can take 10 days. Very frustrating.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks and my order still “processing”. No response to emails. What an absolute joke.

I placed an order on 10/4/26 and it is 29/4/26 and still have not received my parcel. I tried emailing them and tried several attempts calling them but they do not answer. It’s so frustrating as they state 3-5 days delivery. It is now 20 days! I received an email from them on 22/4/26 and stating they are experiencing stocking issues and said I should receive my parcel 2-3 days time. If Catwalk has stock issues discuss it with customer and give them an option or refund.
Catwalk has the worst customer service and delivery timeframes that I have ever experienced. Fed up!

Horrible is an understatement for their customer service if you ever want to return or exchange your item.
Took them 10 days to get back to me only to tell me the deductions they will make for the returns (almost 40% of the amount )
You’d rather want to pay extra than dealing with this headache and a half

Great products.
Delivery time frame is way too long so probably wouldnt buy again.

No response to my calls or emails. Order hasn’t moved for over a week.
No way to contact them outside of their help portal.

Same as everyone who has given one star - ordered 11/04; 28/04 and still no order or moving past ‘pick and pack’ as order status. Have requested a refund and lodged a dispute with Afterpay. Pay the extra and go with a company who will actually dispatch your order.

Purchased item 2 weeks ago. Haven’t received any updates. It’s stuck on pick and pack, hasn’t even been prepared for dispatch. Catwalk won’t respond to email. All of their timeframes on their website are entirely misleading, including that they respond to inquiries within 3 business days and that they’ll contact you if dispatch will take longer than 5 business day. Was about to raise a dispute via PayPal when I saw their automated message that doing so is likely to make the process take even longer and to contact them directly, which I’ve already done.
Annoyed I didn’t just purchase elsewhere when other places had a sale on. Do not purchase.

Best to purchase through a different company, I ordered then 9 business days later my purchase still was not shipped so I contacted them then they said basically sorry we have been busy and they will post that day then added could take up to 13 business days before I would receive it, so I emailed back and said I live one state away so it should be a few days and if not I was going ahead with PayPal for a refund so with that they emailed and told me they will refund. Now I have to reorder from another company for a product I needed a week ago.. clearly they don’t have the product in stock that they are advertising

After reading all the negative reviews after I’d placed my order I was a bit worried.
Anyway my order was picked up for shipping 4 days after placing order and I received it 5 days after that. (regular post and it was during Easter break)

Extremely poor customer service.
I won’t buy again from Catwalk.
I don’t understand how they can take your money for a product that is not in stock.
After 6 weeks of waiting for my purchase (hair straightener) I cancelled my order.
I will give them credit for refunding me promptly.

Ordered two weeks ago. I allowed far more than the 5 business days advertised. When I checked yesterday my products had not even been "dispatched". I asked for the order to be cancelled yesterday as I no longer am at the delivery address. "Miraculously" it was finally dispatched today. Unfortunately I wont be there to receive it. I am awaiting a sensible response to my second outreach e-mail reminding them that I asked for the order to be cancelled owing to substantially delayed shipping. We will see how the refund process goes. I am not hopeful. Should have checked trustpilot before I ordered. Never again.

I received an incorrect order some weeks ago. Immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. I sent the incorrect items back to catwalk as instructed. Since then no updates on when I might receive my order that of course is fully paid for, crickets from customer service also. Terrible service zero accountability. Never purchase from this site again.

Never again. It took my lodging a dispute with my Bank for them to ship my order, after 4 emails (only 1 was replied to saying it would be dispatched as a priority in 1-3 days, which was actually over 2 weeks). I suspect they don't have the items they sell in stock. Will be heading back to Adore Beauty they have never let me down.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed my order on the 21st of March and received no communication at all until the 2nd of April. Even now, the item still hasn’t been dispatched.

I needed this for an upcoming wedding, and if I had known there would be such delays, I would have order from other companies.
The lack of communication has been unacceptable. I feel the only reason I received any update at all is because I raised the issue through PayPal two days ago.

This has been very frustrating and stressful, and unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from you.
